Plenty of parking and a very safe location. The loft is within walking distance to the river, many restaurants and bars. You can walk along the river and take a water taxi to downtown. This is a wonderful location.

Nice place, but lack of communication from owner is a problem.

First of all the loft is well maintained, and in a fabulous location. If you are sensitive to noise, it may not be for you. You can hear everything upstairs, and the neighbor next door played loud video games until late at night. The Fridge was broken for my entire stay. Danielle did get someone out to fix it immediately, but the part didn't come in before I moved out. She offered to bring over coolers and definitely felt bad about the situation. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication. Even before I moved in it would take a week to get a response. Now that I have moved out, I am getting no response at all. The last text I received from Danielle asked for my new address so she could send back my pet deposit, and send something for the fridge troubles. That was over a month ago. I have sent a text, or email once a week checking the status of my deposit check for the last 4 weeks, and have received no response. If there were damage to the property, I would expect to be told that there was damage and my deposit would not be returned.
