Isla Del Sol

Isla Del Sol is a 340 acre island resort community with its lush landscaping, lakes and fountains, an 18 hole golf course and marina. There are walking paths, private beaches and a fishing pier. You are minutes from the charming historic town of pass-a-grille with its fishing pier and beachfront restaurants. Take a ten minute drive to Fort De Soto beach and park; famous for its pristine white sand beaches.

Disney World is only 90 minutes away and day trips are possible. Busch gardens is 40 minutes from the condo. The outlet mall at Ellenton is only 30 minutes door to door. There are many great restaurants and bars in the area. Water sports enthusiasts will have no shortage of activities to choose from such as jet skiing, boat rentals, parasailing, snorkeling and much more.

The Isla community has its own 24 hour security service which is visible about the island and readily available by telephone

After looking for the perfect place on Isla Del Sol for three years, we have finally found it. We still can't believe that this is our home. We are absolutely thrilled. It is everything that we wanted and so much more than we ever expected.

Why Lori and Joe chose St Petersburg Area

This property is everything that we wanted. First floor, water view, completely unobstructed view, lawn, covered parking and parking directly in front of unit, master bedroom with direct water view and patio access, close to pool and spa area, water front pool and spa.

What makes this condo unique

We were able to appoint this unit with all the best amenities. Porcelain tile throughout, new stainless steel appliances, etc.

Unbelieveable View!

Your unit was unbelievable! It was absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved it so much, we can't wait to rent it from you again. It was clean, everything worked perfectly, warm and inviting! The view was breathtaking. I'm so glad I took pictures, I look at them everyday, especially while at work. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a day of sightseeing and sunbathing. Thank you for allowing us to rent this property, our time down was extremely enjoyable!

I got a chance to meet several of your neighbors on this trip and they were all fantastic people to converse with. I was also pleased with how quickly the grounds were tended to and roads cleared of tree debris from the wind and rain on Thurs and Fri.

This property is exactly as advertised , the property was very clean and comfortable, new and clean appliances, great parking for you and your guest. Outside grounds and pool area are well kept , clean and maintained daily along with convenient trash disposal.

First Rate Experience

My wife and I just returned from a four week stay at Casa del Mar. The compact (890 sq. ft.) condo was just as advertised with a totally unobstructed view of the inter-coastal. All the conveniences you need in a turnkey home were in the condo waiting for our arrival, even the spices! The place was spotless on our arrival. While my wife was busy shopping for real estate and enjoying the great waterside pool I worked in the unit on my laptop. The 30 second commute to the dining table was perfect. Watching the parade of boats, dolphins, and pelicans outside the patio door was a treat while doing email and taking conference calls. Isla del Sol, the island in between St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach is where the condo is located. This means a no traffic 12-15 minute trip to the downtown waterfront (Saturday morning market) or five minutes the other way to the white sand Gulf coast beaches. You could even walk to the beach in 20 minutes from the condo. Also walking distance from the condo are several nearby restaurants. We liked the fish tacos at the Boardwalk. Sunsets galore. Serene . Peaceful. Friendly people. Conscientious owners. What's not to like?
