The *****star apartment is located on the sunny slope of Klosters with a stunning panorama view. Lifts and sledding hills are nearby. The centre of Klosters, the train station and the cable car to the largest skiing and hiking region in Klosters/Davos are all a 10 minute walk away. The light, luxurious holiday apartment measures 81m2 and has 2 balconies. The living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo and telephone opens up to the dining space and the kitchen, which fulfills the highest demands. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment comfortably offers enough space for four people. One bedroom has a double bed, the other 2 single beds. Modern elegance comes from the designer furniture, which offer comfort and practicability. An exciting highlight is the historical furniture from the Prättigau. The apartment also has a garage space. Washing machine and dryer, a ski room and a lift also belong to the infrastructure (4 party house).

The apartment is very beautiful , spacious, modern and nice, in a nice queit area, with a gorgeous view of the mountains, we've been traveling to Switzerland for years, but this apartment topped them all, it was really value for our money, would recommend it to family & friends,

Bright modern appartment

This is a lovely light, modern and spacious appartment. It is very well equiped and in great condition. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, with access either by lift or stairs from both the outside or via the ground floor garage. The house is in a quiete area, but only ten minutes walk to the centre of Klosters and the cable car up to the slopes. There is also an excellent bus and train service connecting Klosters with Davos and the other ski areas, and for those with a ski pass both means of transport are therefore free. The appartment has a large kitchen/dining /lounge area with balconies and windows on both sides. It has lovely south facing views, and during the day the sun just pours in. The owners, fully fluent in english, were incredibly helpful with all our questions, and made a real effort to make sure we had all that we needed. The spacious ground floor ski room was perfect for storing our equipment, and I am sure even this was heated. It was a super week of skiing made all the more enjoyable by the quality of this accomodation. We highly recommend.

Ruhige, sonnige, bequeme, sehr gepflegte und äusserst erholsame Location

Diese Wohnung werden wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen - sobald wir diese für unsere nächsten Winterferien erneut gebucht haben.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig; ebenso die sehr gut besonnte Aussichtslage.

Das Zentrum von Klosters Platz mit allen seinen Annehmlichkeiten ist in kurzer Gehdistanz immer sehr gut erreichbar; gleichermassen wie der sehr häufig verkehrende Bus zur Talstation der Madrisabahn. Madrisa ist als Sonnenterrasse für Spaziergänger, Wanderer und Skifahrer aller Leistungsklassen äusserst empfehlenswert; inkl. tollen Restaurants zum sich Verwöhnenlassen und allerneuster Sesselbahn.

Immer wieder zum Geniessen ist der gemütliche Ortsteil Monbiel mit einem erholsamen Spaziergang zur sympatisch und genüsslich bewirteten Alp Garfiun.

Und auf die Skifahrer und Snowboarder warten im Gotschna-Parsenn-Gebiet (5 Min. Gehdistanz ab Wohnung zur Talstation am Bahnhof Klosters Platz) herrliche und sehr lange und immer perfekt gepflegte und abwechslungsreiche Pisten - mit vielen Restaurants: Für uns die allerbesten und sympatischsten beiden sind die "Alte Schwendi" und die "Gruobenalp", ob fürs Mittagessen oder für ein Einkehren vor der tollen Talabfahrt.

Und in Klosters gehören die Dauerbrenner-Restaurants "Bargis" und "Alpenrösli" ganz einfach dazu: Der Feriengenuss wird in diesen beiden typischen Bündnerlokalen mit ihren lukullischen Spezialitäten vollständig abgerundet.

Für Spa-Freunde bietet sich das zur Wohnung ebenfalls nahe gelegene Vereina Hotel an; mit anschliessendem Besuch im hauseigenen, gepflegten und sehr feinen, freundlichen Restaurant.

Und nicht zuletzt: Diese Wohnung bietet einen sehr schönen, grossen und einen kleineren Balkon zum Geniessen. Also steht hier einem sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt mit vielen prickelnden und sonnigen Momenten absolut nichts im Wege!

Perfect beautiful house in the stunning village

My wife and i went with our little children to Klosters last year.

as a starters the pictures in this advert do the apartment no justice. This apartment is way more beautiful in real life! it is extremely comfortable in a very nice quiet building. we didn't hear or see any of the neighbors in the 2 weeks we stayed there. This house has all the amenities you would need with an excellent washing machine and drier in the cellar, indoor parking are one of the luxuries afforded when staying there!

Ruhig, gemütlich und ideal für Familie mit Kindern

Wir waren im Januar für 10 Tage Gäste im Haus Sponda. Wir hatten alles war wir brauchten, Platz zum gemütlich 'sein', den Luxus einer Garage (Auto braucht nicht vom Schnee befreit zu werden) und ideal Platz zum Schlafen und mit 2 Bädern, eines mit Bad, eines mit Dusche, auch praktisch mit Kind.

The golf course Klosters with its attractive golf academy and drivin g range is open for guests from May to October between 8:00 to 18:00, during the peak season until 20:00 (according to weather conditions).

Ski: In the middle of a unique mountain scenery you can get from House Sponda in just a 10 minute walk to one of the largest ski regions in the Swiss Alps - the white arena of Klosters/davos on Gotschna & Parsenn. Both tourism cities Davos-Klosters have 5 more ski regions -Jakobshorn, Parsenn, Rinerhorn, Madrisa and Pischa.This is a paradise for skiers and snowboarders on more than 300 km and 85 different slopes. During you breaks, you are pampered by culinary delights or a good warm drink. For families with (smaller) children, particularly Madrisa is attractive with the special selection, including child care. The valley station can be reached from the House Sponda free of charge by bus or car in 5 minutes. Furthermore, in Klosters there are 2 more small ski regions. The Heidlift with skiing and sledding slopes is near House Sponda. The children's ski park and the beginning of the cross country slopes are in the city.
