This new luxury spacious south facing villa directly overlooking the 5th tee and 4th fairway of the prestigious Santa Clara Golf Club is ideally placed to enjoy the Golf courses of the region, the magnificent sandy beaches (2min drive from villa) and the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The villa comprises 3 en-suite double bedrooms, marble floors throughout, hot and cold air-conditioning, a fully specified kitchen/breakfast room, separate dining room and large comfortable lounge with satellite TV & DVD. The Lounge leads onto a covered terrace and landscaped garden with panoramic views of the Santa Clara golf course and the imposing La Concha Mountain. The complex benefits from a beautifully landscaped communal swimming pool, with golf, sea and mountain views. Upon arrival you will be personally greeted and given a tour of the Villa.

Excellent home

I rented this for three weeks to play golf at Santa Clara. The villa was well equipped and all the admin was very well organised. It was perfect for my puroses as it is on the golf course. A car is necessary as it is a little remote but a short drive into Marbella. I would rent this again.

Este verano hemos repetido estancia en esta preciosa Villa, y de nuevo hemos disfrutado de todas las comodidades de q dispone.

Como complemento ese fabuloso clima, y ese mar fantástico.

Y ese casco antiguo de Marbella tan bonito, tan cerca.

Es un gusto tratar con los propietarios. Y gracias también a Dimitri (el jardinero) y a María por su amabilidad.

Vacaciones de ensueño

Hemos disfrutado de unas vacaciones fantásticas en esta propiedad. No le falta ningún detalle, es perfecta para descansar , te sientes como en tu propia casa.

La playa esta mucho mas cerca de lo que pensábamos, y el jardín es una maravilla, todo muy cuidado. La barbacoa es un plus,mi marido y mi hijo hicieron de cocineros.

Mis hijos lo pasaron en grande, y nosotros también.

Un ambiente ideal en la Urbanización.

The villa is located on the front line of Santa Clara golf course. Being one of the most prestigious on the 'golf mile' it is also one of the prettiest. With Marbella golf on one side and Rio Real on the other and 30 more courses close by the golfer is spoilt for choice. Although the villa is just 5 minutes drive from the bustling town of Marbella with its marinas, shopping & nightlife one can still sit on the terrace and enjoy the tranquillity, the only sounds to disturb you being the singing of the birds and the 'ping' of a golf club. Just opposite the complex is the famous Los Monteros Hotel. Enjoy the luxury of its 'La Cabane' Beach Club or stroll along the beautiful sandy beach that stretches for 20 km along the cove. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a short drive catering for fine dining or casual eating such as tapas.

Golf: Located just off the N-340, near the hospital on the eastern side of Marbella, Santa Clara Golf Club is a new (June 2001) 18 hole par 71 course of 5878 metres from the professional tees. The course was designed by Enrique Canales Busquets. It is very well manicured. The front nine has two par 3s, 6 par 4s and one par 5. The longer back nine has two par 3s, five par 4s and 2 par 5s. Water comes into play on many holes and there are bunkers protecting most of the greens. Santa Clara Golf Club provides a challenge for all levels of golfers. Santa Clara hosted the 58th Annual Spanish Professional Championship in June 2003, quite an honour for a new course and indicative of the quality and prestige Santa Clara has been able to achieve in a short time.

There is a new Academy catering for all levels, a Pro shop, restaurant, bar, changing rooms, showers, clubhouse; buggy, trolley and club hire; driving range, putting & chipping green.

Of course there are 70 other golf courses to choose from stretching along the coast from Almeria to Jerez. Santa Clara is ideally positioned right in the middle of the golf coast making it convenient for you to play any course you wish. A golf map will be provided upon confirmation of reservation to help you plan your stay.

A deposit of €500 for breakages is also payable 14 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided there is no damage.

25% of the rental fee is payable to confirm a booking. The balance of the rental is payable 14 days prior to start of rental. Payment is made by bank transfer.

The security deposit is payable also 14 days prior to start of rental and is refundable 7 days after completion of rental period provided there is no damage to property.
