Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the heart of town at the popular Park Place Condominium Complex. Desirable end unit with lots of windows and natural light. Easy access from the parking lot with a ski locker 15 feet from where you unload all of your gear. No hauling gear inside the complex or up the stairs. Park the car and leave the keys as you walk or take the free town shuttle to everything you need to make your stay complete. Ski bus picks up across the street and ski home on the Four O'clock run to your ground level end unit with ski locker. Fully equipped kitchen to accommodate up to 8 guests with a King bed in the Master suite, a Queen bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom and a Full size pull out sofa in the living room. This unit is pet friendly with an additional fee. The location of this unit can't be beat! Located directly across from Riverwalk Center on the mountain side of town, one block from Main Street with the Free Town Shuttle picking up directly across the street, and Ski home via the Four O'Clock Run behind the Pine Ridge Condos and walk across the street to your home away from home. No more waiting for the Shuttle after a long day on the slopes! Enjoy the free onsite Hot Tub with heated floors at the center of the Park Place complex or use the Communal indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub located approximately 100 yards south of the complex. An access card to the Communal Pool is provided to all condo guests free of charge. I am the owner and manager of this condo with several contacts in the town of Breckenridge to ensure you have a pleasant stay while visiting our beautiful town. I had the best time staying at Arlene's condo - it is the in the absolute perfect location! You are able to walk to the peaks with ease, as well as to Main St. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Awesome Condominium

We would 100% recommend this Park Place condo and would definitely stay here again. The unit was the first door in the complex from the loading zone, which was very convenient. The unit is within a five minute walk of downtown Breckenridge. The condo was as pictured and was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, with dishes and pans and met our needs. The dining room table was perfect sized and when we had friends visit for dinner and games one night, we were able to fit everyone around comfortably. (Did bring in a couple of chairs from the deck temporarily.) The owner gave some wonderful venue recommendations and we give two thumbs up to both The Irish Pub and the Mother Loaded Tavern. There were only a couple of negatives with this unit. The towels were a little skimpy. We had brought beach towels and used those until the last day. Also, you could hear the people walking and talking that rented the unit above this unit. However that being said, we would definitely stay here again.

This was a great trip! We loved the ease to get to the slopes or enjoy walking downtown! Very nice place for our 2 furry family members as well. We will definately book again.

Excellent location, nice layout, clean but needs updating.

My husband and I stayed at this property for the month of August. The location is just a block off Main Street and is convenient and within easy reach to restaurants and shops. When we arrived the condo was clean but obviously needed updating furniture wise including the TV which had a terrible picture. Luckily we're not ardent TV viewers although we did want to watch the summer olympics. The owner Arlene was very responsive and timely to our concerns. For example, when we arrived, the carpet was stained from prior renters and with our friends coming, it was frankly embarrassing. When we asked to have the carpets cleaned, she agreed and arranged the cleaning with satisfactory results. There was also a problem with the king sized bed in the master bedroom. Arlene must have known that the bed was bad and promptly replaced it with a brand new mattress. She also bought a vacuum for us to use as there wasn't one available. Additionally she replaced badly worn towels with those that were somewhat better. Overall, the condo met our needs by its location, having a 2 bedrooms and 2 baths i.e. the layout of the condo and by the responsiveness of the host. I would recommend this condo highly.

It's a good place but . . .

This Breckenridge property is well situated to easily walk downtown for shopping or dining and relatively easy to drive in and out. For taking nearby walks, it is located on the edge of a walkway system that leads through beautifully groomed wooded areas that are filled with scattered handsomely designed condos. Most enjoyable and pleasing. The dishes are Dansk and very nice.

The condo itself is spacious and nicely arranged; it enjoys a spacious kitchen and dining area. The stacked washer and dryer are new and easily accessible. The furnishing are suitable to the overall design.

However, like many things, the devil is in the details. The reading lamps were so dim, we had to buy new brighter bulbs; (its an older audience.) Some of the sheets could be replaced and we found some threadbare. While the towels were adequate they could be larger. And I believe the rugs could stand a good cleaning or replaced. I would strongly recommend that each condo/apartment have an assigned parking space. It was frustrating to have to consistently hunt for space; and when someone has company, the spaces are reduced accordingly. Also, it would be nice if someone from management could be around upon arrival. I did not know how to open a "realtor's lock" and had to locate a resident to show me how to get it opened so we could get into the condo. Would I recommend this property to friends and neighbors: certainly would without hesitation.
