In addition, you'll enjoy your privacy, as this condo doesn't directly face another building or parking area.

What drew me to Park City, along with the exceptional year round activities, is the easy access from the SLC International Airport. Once you have your rental car, it’s about a 30-45 minute drive to Park City. That adds up to incredible access from anywhere in the country!
Decorated in a combination of rustic and modern themes, you'll find the condo to be comfortable, functional, and relaxing.
The bathroom was remodeled in May 2015.
My group of 3 adults spent 8-nights at Steve's condo during a ski vacation and everything was just as described. The condo was in a great location with easy access to I-80; a simple 30-minutes to downtown SLC, 5-minutes to the Canyons parking lot and 10-minutes to Park City parking and Main St. The condo was very, very clean and fully stocked with enough linens, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies to last you probably months. Full size washer and dryer made laundry a breeze. The covered parking was tall enough to cover our SUV and very close to the condo itself making loading and unloading ski's or groceries easy. Groceries, gas, restaurants and a liquor store are all a simple 2-minutes down the road giving you access to anything you could possibly need. Plenty of channels on cable TV, the wi-fi never slowed even with three of us on there surfing the web and the heat kept up easy with outside temps in the single digits. The king bed was plenty comfy and the sleeper sofa was top notch as well with a mattress topper for it included in the walk-in closet in the bedroom. Steve's thought of everything. No complaints at all; will definitely stay again!
The condo couldn't have been more perfect for our stay. Steve has thought of everything you could possibly need and then some. Covered parking directly across from the condo entrance and easy access to I-80 as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shopping was a real bonus. Hate to give it such a glowing review for fear it will be booked the next time we need it, but that would be selfish.
Steve was wonderful to work with and his condo is exactly as portrayed on the ad. We had a very enjoyable stay and had everything we needed at the condo. It is beautifully decorated, very well stocked and everything was perfectly clean. We loved the VERY comfortable bed and it made for a good night's sleep. It was a very nice touch to have chips and salsa, along with a couple apples, on the table when we arrived! This made for a nice snack as we were so hungry from traveling all day from Ohio :) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay -- it was perfect!!
Stayed at this amazing condo this past holiday. Clean, comfy, and close to hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and entertainment makes this the perfect place to stay for a weekend or longer.

This was my third stay at Steven's condo and it has always been exactly as described; clean, fully stocked, and well appointed. The location is convenient to shopping at the Outlets, Redstone, and access to the free bus shuttle is so close which makes getting into Park City a breeze. I would happily stay here again!
This condo was a perfect crash pad for me and my 3 children. It was in the perfect location for shopping, eating, Park City activities, and access to the freeway to head off to Salt Lake. It was an easy walk to the pool and a very quiet location.
Located close to Redstone and Newpark shopping/restaurant/entertainment areas. Free shuttle with pickup point at Powderwood Condo. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes to old town Park City, all ski resorts, and Redstone Shopping Center.
