This 1 bedroom condo, located in the Kimball Junction area of Park City, features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, secure high speed wi-fi internet, cable TV, private balcony overlooking tennis courts, large walk in closet, reserved covered parking, common use club house (with a compact gym and large hang out area with views), swimming pool (closed during winter +/-), common use outdoor/covered hot tub (open year round), and FREE Park City shuttle service (runs every 30 min).

In addition, you'll enjoy your privacy, as this condo doesn't directly face another building or parking area.

Sleeps 4 (1 king bed in bedroom, and 1 queen size sofa sleeper in the living room).

What drew me to Park City, along with the exceptional year round activities, is the easy access from the SLC International Airport. Once you have your rental car, it’s about a 30-45 minute drive to Park City. That adds up to incredible access from anywhere in the country!

Comfortable and Quiet

This condo was a perfect crash pad for me and my 3 children. It was in the perfect location for shopping, eating, Park City activities, and access to the freeway to head off to Salt Lake. It was an easy walk to the pool and a very quiet location.

Great Place

Perfect Condo for a quick getaway or even an extended stay. Easy access to everything and fairly quiet. The condo was as described and very well stocked and maintained. It had everything you could have needed. Steve was great to deal with and very responsive. Loved the area and especially Park City. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

We (my husband and I along with our young boys) had a wonderful vacation to the SLC area and enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, right around the corner from Walmart, right next to the interstate, and cooler temps for the summer heat. We appreciated that the condo was stocked so well and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Thanks again Steve.

Great Location right off of I-80

Very nice, clean, neat, well stocked and organized condo rental. It was perfect for my wife and I who were in Park City for our granddaughters graduation this past week. Steve was very responsive to our needs. You can actually reach him by phone if needed. In my search for a one week rental I found some who only wanted to communicate by email. Good job Steve.

very comfortable for mom and teen

Perfect in every way! Queen bed top quality like new. We cooked 7 breakfasts and 5 dinners in very well provisioned kitchen. My son loved the pullout sofa, TV and DVD. Hot tub a short walk away. Very clean. We kept our ski gear in car even boots which worked great. Very short drive to ski resorts. I recommend Steve add a full length mirror in living area. Thanks for our perfect vacation!

Very Comfortable Condo!

My husband, brother-in-law and I spend a long weekend at Steven's condo. The listing description was very accurate and the condo was VERY clean and comfortable. Steven obviously cares about his rental - you can tell by all the nice touches that you don't see in a lot of rentals (such as plenty of towels, paper products, kitchen spices, non-perishable items in the fridge, even laundry supplies). Steven was quick to respond to any questions prior to arrival and we had no issues so had no need to contact him while we were there (but I am confident he would have been quick to respond to any issue that may have arisen). The condo is stocked with just about anything you may need (or have forgotten). My husband and brother-in-law skied at Park City, the Canyons and took a drive to Snowbasin one day. The day the guys went to Snowbasin it was so beautiful out I walked the trail from the condo complex all the way to Park City (it is a long walk - took about 3 hours but well worth it if you like to walk) and then took the free shuttle back. Everything is very convenient to the condo - shopping, free shuttle stop, grocery stores restaurants. Nice kitchen if you want to cook and eat in, or pick something up to warm up in the oven, yet not far from restaurants if you want to go out to eat. Park City is a quick drive away (or a beautiful long walk or a free shuttle ride). I would highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back next yer. Thanks Steven!!
