This 1 bedroom condo, located in the Kimball Junction area of Park City, features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, secure high speed wi-fi internet, cable TV, private balcony overlooking tennis courts, large walk in closet, reserved covered parking, common use club house (with a compact gym and large hang out area with views), swimming pool (closed during winter +/-), common use outdoor/covered hot tub (open year round), and FREE Park City shuttle service (runs every 30 min).

In addition, you'll enjoy your privacy, as this condo doesn't directly face another building or parking area.

Sleeps 4 (1 king bed in bedroom, and 1 queen size sofa sleeper in the living room).

World Class Skiing minutes away:

4 miles to Canyons, 6 miles to Park City Mountain Resort, and 8 miles to Deer Valley. Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are about a 45 minute drive away.

What drew me to Park City, along with the exceptional year round activities, is the easy access from the SLC International Airport. Once you have your rental car, it’s about a 30-45 minute drive to Park City. That adds up to incredible access from anywhere in the country!

The bathroom was remodeled in May 2015.

great location

The location made it easy for us to hop on the highway to go skiing at Alta for the day to Deer valley the next. Close to stores and restaurants. Condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for my son and me. He said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. Would stay there again and highly recommend it.

very nice I would rent it again and we travel there every year

Very nice condo and our host is very organized even had chips and salsa waiting for us which was great since we went straight to the slops and then condo after being on the slops all afternoon and was starving LOL

Super Condo at Kimball Junction

We had a great stay in this condo. It is ideal for a couple or family of 4. The condo is very well stocked and equipped. The living area is very comfortable as is the bed. It is really -convenient for the Park City Ski resort Canyons Base - only a couple miles away from the free parking there at the Cabriolet. The owner, Steve, was most helpful and great to deal with.

Time and time again this is a great place and the owner is great to work with

This is our 2 nd stay here at this condo. It's a great find and meets our needs nicely of our ski vacation. The owner Steve is great to work with, follows through and is very accommodating. When we booked our flights I contacted steve immediately and checked to see if his condo was available . I had no reason to look at other options. We had a GREAT stay here!
