Your villa is conveniently located across from and the Mauna Lani Spa and tennis club where you can drop in for massages and a work out for a fee.
The outdoor lanai has a private setting with BBQ and dining for 6. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked. Each of the two bedrooms and the living are and dining area has their own private lanai's with comfortable seating.
This Villa, although a 2 bedroom, can SLEEP 6-7. It has a King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 singles in the Guest bedroom. (that can be converted to a King upon your request,).. and a large size day bed in the den/nook area upstairs....great for a child or teenager. In addition, the owner has purchased 2 EZ pop up Twin Beds from FRONTGATE. You can sleep 7 in this large 2 story villa and have plenty of room to entertain the friends and family. The Villa includes a detached double car garage with all the items necessary for a fun island vacation…beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach toys. Free Wireless internet available. The resort pool is just steps away with waterfall and fitness room.
This condo is elegant, comfortable and central to everything Mauna Lani offers. You can walk to the Shops at Mauna Lani and enjoy cocktails at Tommy Bahama, steaks and seafood at Ruth Chris, French-Hawaiian cuisine at The Blue Room, or Asian Pacific fare at Monestera's. There are free luau shows at the center stage at The Shops at Mauna Lani that you will be sure to enjoy, complete with fire dancers. You can rent bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards, and kayaks within the resort.
The condo manager lives on site at Mauna Lani Resort and is available for any guest needs during your stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We were very sad to leave. Having the toys available gave our trip much more flexibility. The condo was very comfortable. Also, management was responsive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful week!
Spacious, well maintained house in beautiful area
This is one of the nicest houses we have ever rented. It is very spacious. Both bedrooms have private lanais and en suite bathrooms with separate shower, bath and wc and loads of counter space. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, knives, dishwasher, coffee maker, garbage disposal, etc. There are two dining areas - one indoor and one outside. There is a large living room leading out to a deck. There is also a lundry room with lots of beach towels. Other beach toys can be found in the detached garage.
The house is very well maintained and very clean. While there is no view of the beach, it was very relaxing sitting on any of the lanais looking at the trees out back or listening to the birds chirping. Renters have access to the Islands pool which is a one minute walk to the left of the house. The pool was never crowded during our stay and was a great place to relax. Guests also have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, a 15 minute walk or easy 5 minute drive from this house. This is one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island. This house is also a 15 minute walk or less than a 5 minute drive to the Shops at Mauna Lani which is home to the Foodlands grocery store. While one third the size of a mainland supermarket it has a great selection of groceries along with a deli counter, a fish counter and a wine store. Give them your phone # and you will receive discounts from there otherwise very high prices. The Shops is also home to several good restaurants.
The only thing less than perfect about this house is the wifi availability. The connection was not very strong at best and was completely unavailable several times during our stay. Hopefully the managers will upgrade the router and the service.
Nonetheless, this is an excellent house which I would highly recommend. In fact I hope to return.
Mauna Lani perfection
This condo is one of the best we've ever stayed in. Spacious and beautifully furnished, this condo provided the four of us plus a visiting uncle maximum comfort in a beautiful and quiet location. The kitchen had virtually all the equipment we needed to cook many of our meals at home, including a great barbecue. Having snorkel equipment that fit all of us was convenient and money-saving. The pool in the complex was very pleasant. We took advantage of the nearby fitness center and spa, and enjoyed both walking the lava flow to the beach and driving the five minutes to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. Beds were comfortable, towels plentiful, management easy and pleasant to deal with. We'd gladly return to this condo.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean, and well taken care of townhouse. My bedroom/bathroom alone was larger than my first apartment. Although the beach requires a quick, two mile drive, with all the gear we needed with two little ones, it was no trouble at all. The beach club was amazing! A perfect place for my kindergartner to learn how to snorkel and search for SpongeBob underwater. Nice, sandy entrance, no big waves, lots of coral and fish...a fun place to play! The large, modern kitchen was perfect for making all our meals. The pool was great when we couldn't make it to the beach. I slept better than I do at home. Excellent location, excellent service. If I HAD to complain, I would just say that there were mosquitos, so had to keep the screens shut, but that could have been due to a storm that had just gone through. A wonderful place to make some memories! Would love to stay again. Mahalo!
Spacious and relaxing
We had the pleasure of staying for one week at this spacious, well-located townhouse...four adults with plenty of room for all. Extra nice was the two bedrooms, both with lanais and full size bathrooms with double sinks. The location was perfect because Mauna Lani is a much quieter, peaceful resort area than Waikoloa in our opinion, and the food market and shops are conveniently located to this townhouse; plus having the private Beach Club access is phenomenal - no need to fight for limited parking spots at public beaches and plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs not to mention great snorkeling. We also ate at the restaurant at the Beach Club and lunch and dinners were delicious. Supplies were well stocked, and the manager was very responsive to some minor issues we had with a coffee maker and the air conditioning...all fixed promptly. It was nice to park in our own garage, and all the beach gear you need is on hand. I would highly recommend this unit in Mauna Lani resort area.
Our family of four stayed at this lovely condo for a week in mid August. It is very elegantly decorated and spotless! We cooked daily in a well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed delicious meals both in the dining room and the lovely ground floor lanai. The beds and the beddings were quite comfortable and beautiful. We had excellent sleeps every night, which it's a must for us! The pool area in the condo is very well designed and relaxing. It was never crowded. The location of the condo can't be beat. It's a short drive (3-5 minutes) to any of the world class beaches. We have been coming to the Kohala Coast many times and have stayed a various high-end yet reasonably priced condos. We definitely felt pampered but not without the genuine warm Aloha. Will be back for sure! Our security deposit was sent back promptly in the mail. Thank you for the lovely stay Cindi.
The Mauna Lani Beach Club access card will be provided to you which is one of the most beautiful snorkeling and swimming cove's in the area.... complete with beachside cafe and Paddle board rental.
