This newly updated condo offers a complementary shuttle to town, which allows guests to take full advantage of all Breckenridge has to offer. This condo opens to a living room with flat screen TV and gas fireplace, aside a fully-equipped kitchen with bar and new appliances. Hungry skiers can sit at the dining table while the cook of the group makes lunch. Downstairs, a Master with ensuite, plush bedding and a second bedroom with a bathroom gives off a homey vibe and welcomes rest after a long day of skiing or bar hopping in town. A washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.
In addition to slope-side access, on-site amenities include a garage, so no scraping snow off the car. Guests may also relax in the large community hot tub at the end community. Stayed the weekend over NYE, and they were very responsive with any issue or question we had. The location was great. the house was clean and worked out great! .
Very satisfied with our experience. Location was good within walking distance to Snowflake Lift and a quick bus ride (one stop away) to/from Beaver Run at the base of peak 9. Garage was great for rental car & keeping ski gear out of the condo. Condo was clean and cozy with two good sized bedrooms on the same lower level. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook & good wifi. Would recommend for a family or two couples traveling together.
We had a wonderful week in Breckenridge. The condo is close to Main Street restaurants, bars & shopping. With just a little effort & minimal expense the property could be improved dramatically. Appliance handles & trim are broken, the TV's in the family room & bedrooms are all undersized for the space, and the carpet is worn & musty. I would recommend for a stay and rebook myself as a value property if priced below the comparable market. It's a shame that with so little expense & effort it could go from good to great!
This property was very well easy to get to, maintained, and clean. The rooms were nice and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking equipment. It was great to be within walking distance of one of the lifts and we were close enough to town that we were able to walk down the hill to grab dinner if we didn't feel like waiting on the bus. This was our second time to Breck and we would not hesitate to stay at this unit again.
This was our first time to Breckenridge and could not have been happier with the location and affordability of this condo. The unit was clean and there was plenty of room for my husband and me and our 18 and 20 year old sons. We ate breakfast and lunch in and then found a great place downtown to eat for dinner every night. I booked this condo six months in advance and Five Star Properties reminded me when my next installment was due and sent me fantastic directions on how to check in.
This was a great weekend getaway. Everything was updated with new furniture and flooring. The garage was a plus for us and all the kids gear....
