This private-like beachfront oasis is conveniently located just one mile from the Duluth Lift Bridge and Canal Park, as well as the nearby Lake Superior Zoo, the Great Lakes Aquarium, and Spirit Mountain. This ensures easy access to the city of Duluth and the North Shore of Lake Superior, which offers a diverse range of activities for all, regardless of the weather.
*We welcome families, large groups, business stays, and those seeking temporary furnished housing.  Our fantastic property offers a warm and spacious atmosphere.
*The rate is based on four or fewer occupants; charges of $30/per extra person apply.
* Separate Owner's Suite and Garage: The owner reserves exclusive 24/7, 365-day access to the private Owner's Suite on the lower lever, complete with a separate entry and no cross traffic. Access to the attached garage is not included.

Quick getaway
We travel to Duluth at least once a year and have always stayed in a hotel. Decided to rent this house and it was great. Room to move around, on the beach, great views and comfortable beds. Close to Canal Park. Can't go wrong with the beach access, even in March!

Family Getaway
Our 2 adult boys (men), one wife and one baby spent a long weekend in Duluth with us. The house was perfect for the six of us. Places to be together and places to go for some space. It was perfect. Would love to enjoy the outdoor spaces in the summer!

Great stay!
We had a great time staying at this property. The location is beautiful and within close proximity to downtown Duluth. The place had everything you need, especially in the kitchen. My only criticisms are that the rules are very extensive and there is a spot within the house to leave a tip for the housekeeper, after we paid a cleaning fee which felt excessive. Overall, it was a great time!
