Loggerhead Cay is a deluxe, beachfront, condominium resort located right on the Gulf of Mexico with world famous white sand beaches. This spacious, two bedroom, vacation rental is perfect for families or groups offering all the amenities of home just yards from the beach. Enjoy the soft sea breeze as you relax on the sandy beach or take a short bike ride to "Ding Darling" Wildlife Refuge.
Luxury Suite 282 is an A++ unit located on the second floor (elevator provided) and can accommodate up to six people. We have furnished and equipped this condo with every convenience to make your vacation perfect.
The master bedroom suite has a king bed, access to the screened lanai, two large closets, and a tub/shower. The master bedroom also has a HD LED TV with cable and BlueRay/DVD Player. If you have your own laptop, we have WiFI and direct network connections available as well.
The guest suite has two Twin Beds, HD LED TV with cable & DVD, and its own private bath with a walk-in shower. It also features a private entrance to the outside. The living room has an HD LED TV with Digital cable, BlueRay/DVD plus a Stereo/CD. There is a sleeper sofa and plenty of seating for your party to play games and enjoy a relaxing time.
The kitchen has all appliances, including oven, stove top range, dishwasher, Keurig Coffee maker, and microwave. All cookware, dishware, towels, and linens are provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is central air conditioning/heat as well as ceiling fans throughout the condo. Even the screened-in Lanai has a ceiling fan. This unit is also pet friendly (under 25 lbs) and Non-Smoking.
The shelling on Sanibel Island is the best we have ever seen. With every tidal change, you will have all new shells!
Our family has just spent time in the condo. The peace and beauty of the island is so relaxing, it was hard to leave!
During our stay we noticed it was time to replace the mattresses,. While we were shopping, we purchased a new living room set, new televisions, Blue Ray Players (they have Netflix, amazon, and a bunch of other media too).
Finally we restocked the kitchen, adding a keurig and other misc. items. We are ready for you come and enjoy our home!
My family of 5 including 2 college and one high school age, had a great time staying at this location. It was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect for the beach, bike riding, the pool, tennis and just overall relaxing. I would definitely recommend going here again!
My family and I enjoyed our stay here, the condo has everything you could need, plenty of dishes, extra beach towels, movies, games and books. there was even fishing poles, and beach chairs. The bedrooms had comfortable beds. Having a washer and dryer was nice. There was good wifi, was able to do some work while there. Overall the condo was nicely decorated and clean. it was nice being able to walk to and from the beach without bringing a bunch of stuff because we were so close. The beaches are awesome so many shells, sand dollars, and sea stars. walking the beach at night was one of our favorite activities. The island is a beautiful place, with so much to do. This condo is in a great location to get to shopping and other great spots, but is also still so quiet. my kids still want to go back to the condo, and Pinocchio's ice cream is the best. This was one of the best vacations we have had, and will surely be back again, hopefully for more than one week.
I loved the condo and the feeling of being at home when we entered. The separate bathrooms and bed rooms made it very nice for us and our two small kids. Dishes, cookware, utensils were provided this made it nice for family meals. The walk to the beach is short and beautiful. We loved riding bikes around the island and going to the beach. The best part was the short trip back to the comfortable condo. Looking forward to returning to do more sightseeing.
Me & my wife visited Sanibel Island again this year and were very happy to stay in this beautiful condo (#282) again. It is beautifully decorated and makes you feel right at home. Everything that you might need is available. The location is wonderful, right on the beach, yet close to town. We have enjoyed staying here at Loggerhead Cay and relaxing on the beach or by the pool and riding bikes around the island and to Captiva. We will definitely be back and I would not stay anywhere else but here! Great Place......!
Stayed here for 2 weeks summer 2015 - Unit is well furnished with comfy beds, lots of kitchen dishes/utensils and really just an exceptionally accommodating home away from home. Property is well maintained and very safe with constant security patrol. Easy beach access (property is ocean front) with exceptional shelling and plenty of sand to play. I have stayed several places along the Florida Gulf Coast and Sanibel Island is always a favorite - best shelling in the world and superb fishing... this Unit provides a world class destination at an unbelievable bargain value!
We choose this condo each year! It is always a pleasure to come here! It is extremely well-kept and clean. It has everything we need to make it our home away from home. The kitchen is very well equipped, making cooking and entertaining a breeze. The entertainment center gives us many options (cable TV, DVD, VCR, computer). TVs in the living room and two bedrooms gives everyone the option of watching their show. We love your book and game selections too! Beach chairs were a welcomed convenience. I especially appreciate having a washer and dryer to use. Thank you for sharing your home! Love the new furniture! PS I recommended this property for people with disabilities because of your walk-in shower.

Deposit of 20% is due upon reservation. Final payment of the balance due for the rental is required to be paid by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order and must be received by Agent no later than, (90) days prior to arrival. No reminder will be given to Guest for final payment. Any final payment that is not received by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all deposits. A $25.00 handling fee will be charged for all returned checks. All reservations must be paid in full prior to check in; any unpaid balance prior to check in will result in cancellation of the reservation.
RE-BOOKING Current guests have 72 hours (Tuesday at 4pm for stays starting Saturday) from time of check in to reserve the same unit for the following year. Availability and rates are subject to change without notice.
CHECK IN shall begin at 4:00 P.M. on the arrival date. Arrival before 4:00pm will result in an automatic $100.00 charge to the credit card on file. To avoid this automatic charge; please contact the office if you would like an early check-in.
CHECK OUT on the date of departure shall be promptly, and no later than 10:00 A.M. Guest’s failure to timely check out and vacate the Property will subject Guest to additional charges including additional rental charges.
CANCELLATIONS We understand that your plans might change and you may desire to cancel your reservation. In such an event, all cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Guest shall be entitled to a refund of all deposits, less $150.00, plus sales tax administrative fee for all cancellations made at least 90 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Guest shall forfeit all deposits, processing fees, and taxes paid to Agent for any cancellation made less than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, unless the Property is re-booked for the same dates and same rate as Guest’s reservation.
