We invite you to stay in our one bedroom apartment with an open, and spacious living space. This is a very clean, smoke and pet free house, with no cannabis allowed anywhere on the property. The entrance is private from the front porch of our house. This apartment suite, located just West of City Park, North of Chessman Park and the Botanic Gardens and approximately one mile East of Downtown, offers accommodations for up to two guests, including 1 queen bed, full bath and kitchen, living room and dining room.
This 900 square foot apartment has recently been remodeled and offers a comfortable living room. Enjoy our tree lined street and people watch on the front porch in our wicker chairs or loveseat.
This apartment is in the Perfect Denver Location. Central to everything, you can walk one mile in any direction and reach Major Denver attractions. Our house is in a quiet tree lined neighborhood. It is just two doors down from Restaurant Row, which is one of Denver's fastest growing, hippest destinations. Within one block of the house, there are seven restaurants, a bakery, a pub, a coffee shop, and fast food restaurant, and a 7-11. Walk just one more block and double your choices for food, coffee, shopping, and entertainment. Looking for local entertainment, the Denver nightlife is centered about 8 blocks from the house. Headed downtown? It is an easy 1.2 mile walk. There are also buses available that run every 15 minutes. B-cycle rentals are across the street from our house. Close enough .to walk, but far enough that our neighborhood remains quiet.

This apartment is in a house that has been owned by my family for three generations. It is located on the edge of downtown and in a progressive neighborhood that is continuing to add new restaurants and shops every month. The house is full of character, and updated to meet today's lifestyle. We love our house, and hope that you do too.
My friend and I stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed our experience a lot. The size of the property is quite large and they offer a variety of useful amenities. The beds were super comfy I loved them! The location was perfect and parking was never an issue. I would definitely stay here again!
Our sons live in Denver. When I rented this apt, I thought we might spend Christmas Day here! After I rented It both of our sons became homeowners. Needless to say we spent Christmas at their homes despite the fact that neither has a dining room table. We did enjoy this cozy nest and recommend it to anyone. I can't comment too much about the area because we were driving a lot but I can say that there is an "Escape Room" adventure right around the corner which was enjoyable even though we didn't "escape." This is a warm place when it is cold out. The shower has great water pressure and HOT water. The beds are extremely comfy as are the pillows. Everything that you need is supplied; the owners even left us a little Christmas tree!
This was a cute property and short Uber ride away from downtown. I loved the small touches (an abundance of chocolate!) that really made me feel welcome. The neighborhood is cute and some great restaurants are within walking distance. If I ever find myself in Denver again, I would definitely try to stay here first!
This property is an older home but very clean, in a great location, with lots of restaurants and parks within walking distance & on site parking. We would have loved to have had a better equipped kitchen as our family loves to cook together but we worked with what we had. The bathroom is very, very compact, but again we made that work. The owner was very kind in letting us extend our stay when our plans changed at the last minute which we very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property .

This house is very close to everything in downtown Denver. Great value for the location. Walk out the front door and two doors down and you are at Restaurant Row. At your feet are five restaurants and a casual bar. Within one block distance are new restaurants, a 7-11, Qdoaba, Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, coffee shops, more bars, and shops. All of this is nestled in a neighborhood setting with wide tree lined sidewalks and bike paths.
Bike rentals are available one block from our house and all over the city, from Denver's state of the art B-Cycle program. Walk one mile to 16th Street Mall, the Tabor Center, Larimar Square, lower downtown Denver Nighlife, the Culture Centers, the Denver Convention Center, and 1.5 miles to the Colorado Rockies and the Pepsi Center. Short/cheap cab ride to everything. Three parking spaces behind our house are first come first serve, and we also have street parking. No pets and No smoking is allowed on the property.
St. Joseph's Hospital, Children's Hospital, and St. Luke's Hospital are two blocks down.
Walk to City Park or Cheesman Park. The Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Zoo, Museums, the Civic Center, the City Capitol Building, 16th street mall, and The Convention Center, all within a mile or less. Walk 1.5 miles to Denver Center of Performing Arts, the Rockies Stadium. Two miles to Elitches- Six Flags Amusement Park, the Aquarium. The Merchandise Mart is 5 miles away. Red Rocks and Golden are about 20 miles. Most major ski resorts are 45 minutes to 60 minutes away.

A signed rental agreement and rental reference check is required prior to check-in.
We do not allow pets, smoking, or cannabis.
Long term rentals require a full months rent security deposit, or property damage protection and a $500 deposit.
Linens are not provided for long term rentals. They are available to rent for an additional fee.
