Welcome to Paradise! As you walk into this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome, you will be amazed at the luxurious comfort with which the home has been meticulously furnished and decorated. The owners took obvious care in selecting only the finest things, from the original artwork on the walls, to the high-end furniture and dishes.
You enter the foyer on the main level where the spacious dining area with seating for six invites you to host island-style feasts in tropical luxury.
A spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and exotic hardwood cabinetry awaits the chef who wants to cook some fresh local fish from the market at Kawaihae while mixing a plantation iced tea or island style Mai Tai to sip while relaxing on the covered lanai.
A ground floor bedroom ensures that those with difficulty on stairs won't need to walk up to the upper level, and the queen sized bed allows for 1 or 2 people to sleep in comfort.
The upper floor features a central den, which serves as an office for two, with matching desks, a printer for use by guests, and a sofa. Look down at the living room below or out towards the golf course and hopefully you will forget about any work you were thinking of doing!
The spacious master suite has a king sized bed and a flat screen TV, as well as access to the lanai, and an en suite master bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, and water closet.
A second upper level bedroom boasts two twin beds, which can be combined to make a larger bed if required. Another en suite bathroom contributes to the luxurious feeling of the home.
The Golf Villas at Mauna Lani is located near the end of South Kaniku Drive, where the Owner's Beach offers a great place to paddle-board, snorkel, swim, and relax. The Beach Club also features a full bar and restaurant, Napua, which has an extensive lunch and dinner menu. The beach club is very easy to get to by car or by GEM car golf cart, which is provided for your complimentary use! Please inquire about the cart when booking if you plan to use it. It is great to enjoy the warm Hawaiian air while cruising around in the evenings or going to the market for some shopping.
For the golfing enthusiast, Mauna Lani boasts two championship courses, the North and South Courses of the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course. These courses offer a variety of challenging and scenic holes for every level of player, and the signature 15th hole of the South Course will test every player's ability with a long ocean-carry tee shot. Beware of playing this hole during the winter months, as whales spouting and breaching off the shore can be a distraction!

They chose the Golf Villas at Mauna Lani as the location for their second home because of its unequaled beauty and constant year round perfect weather, in addition to the world-class golf, diving, and unending outdoor activities on the diverse island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani resort is itself spectacular and is also centrally located on the Big Island for a host of other activities from the Kona harbor and shopping, to the central Waimea community and ranches, and to the active Volcano and Hilo on the East side of the island.
Some of the unique benefits of this unit include, but are not limited to, the beautiful expansive view of the golf course, the privacy of the end-unit location, and its proximity to the Beach Club and exclusive luxury developments 49 Black Sands and Ke Kailani.
We are a family of 5 and have stayed on the Mauna Lani property 7 times but this was our first time at the Golf Villas. The condo is great well situated and has everything you need both for cooking and the beach. The condo is well laid out and gave us lots of room to have our own space or be all together. So lovely to BBQ and sit outside in the evenings.
Burt thank you for your fantastic service and help when we arrived. Our flight arrived late but the lights and air conditioning was on for us. Thanks again!

“We have been to the Big Island many times and we highly recommend this lovely home. It is very clean and well furnished with every amenity you would want. Furnishings and appliances are nearly new and the home is very well maintained. The unit is perfect for a family, with great separation of space and several very comfortable sitting and eating areas, inside and out.
The nearby beach is the best child –friendly beach that we have found on the Big Island, with sun, shade, comfortable chairs and gentle water that is great for swimming and snorkeling. The Beach Club adjacent to the beach has a great menu and very good food.
The golf cart available at the unit works great and is a fun addition for trips to the beach or the local Shoppes. We had a great time, think very highly of this home and look forward to a return trip.”
We really enjoyed this accommodation. It is very clean and well-maintained and had plenty of room for the six in our party. The 3 spacious bedrooms, the terrific open plan and the lanai with grill are real assets here. However, this property could be improved with 3 changes. First, something needs to be done about the thermostat; it has a mind of its own. Some nights we'd awaken to find the house had warmed up to uncomfortable levels; other times we'd wake up in a chill. This was despite the settings staying the same. Perhaps the thermostat needs to monitor temperature at more than one location in this complex floor plan. Second, the shower head in the master is very inadequate. My wife and I ended up showering in the other bathrooms because our shower head didn't pass enough water to rinse in. Third, the master bedroom door sticks at the top, which causes a big noise that awakens others whenever you try to open it during the night or early in the morning. We even tried leaving it open but the pressure from the AC system pulls it shut each time and you're back to the noise whenever you open it. Planing the top of the door would help. These are points that can be addressed and would make a good condo into a great condo. The biggest issue is the thermostat. Hopefully this will be remedied.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It was beautifully furnished and spotlessly cleaned. It was also very spacious, with lots of common areas. Beds were extremely comfortable and every room had a fan on top of central AC. The kitchen was well stocked and even had All Clad cookware! We were all very impressed. Highly recommend- you couldn't find any better!
Tommy Bahama lives here; his high quality furniture is in every room. Our family enjoyed the large and comfortable living space, truly a "great room" where we could all hang out, cook, read, and watch TV when we weren't out and about exploring the island. Excellent grill on the lanai which we used for several dinners and enjoyed eating outside. The cute community pool and fitness center were steps away. Two beaches within this well-manicured resort are very close, but you need to drive. Burt was very responsive and polite.
