This incredibly spacious and contemporary beachfront 6th floor unit (unit 613) is perfect for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. Boasting world-class views of the Gulf of Mexico while providing all the comforts of home, this unit will set the stage for an unforgettable stay.

This unit (which sleeps 5) features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully-serviced renovated kitchen is equipped with corian countertops and new appliances and cabinetry. The open-concept dining area (which seats 6) and fully furnished living space leads directly onto the lanai, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. The entire unit features new flooring.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The walk-in closet leads to the 3/4 private bath, completely redone with new tiling, expansive shower and granite countertop. The spacious second bedroom also has a similarly renovated private bath as well as two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with flat-screen TVs with HD cable.

For your convenience, we have included a washer, dryer, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi and a telephone. Each bed comes with two sets of fresh linens, and towels are included. Also, you will have access to a storage locker where you will find beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

The Somerset building is perfect for families, couples and groups of up to 5, with its amicable nature, quiet atmosphere and private beach entrance. It is a safe and secure building on the southwestern side of Marco Island along its famous Crescent Beach. Activities such as water sports, golfing, hiking, dolphin and alligator tours, bird-watching, and yoga are within walking distance. World-class dining is available in both casual and formal settings and a dine-in movie theatre is right across the street.

Naples is just a 30-minute drive away, and with fishing off the Pier, shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue, art exhibitions in the park and Tin City, anyone of any age can find an excellent way to spend the day.

Wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful family vacation! This is our second time staying at this condo and we had another wonderful trip. The view from the patio and all the other fun family staying in the condo made it really fun. We will definitely book it again !

Lovely Condo and Fantastic View

This was our third stay on Marco Island (Feb 22 to Mar 04) and Somerset-613 is our favorite. As mentioned in other reviews the condo is very comfortable and well appointed. We loved spending time on the lanai and the easy access to the beach. Covered parking was much appreciated. Everyone we met at the pool and on the property was very nice. Ewelina is friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

This was our fourth trip to Marco and this was the best of everything. The condo is beautiful and spacious. Gorgeous sunsets and quick access to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for a great week.

Amazing week on Marco

On our way to airport from an amazing stay in 613 in Somerset. The unit had every thing we needed. Kitchen was well appointed, there were plenty of beach towels and the beach chairs were in perfect condition. They were comfortable and convenient. They had a carrying strap, pocket for phone and room for more. The furniture inside and on the patio was comfortable. We enjoyed many breakfasts and sunsets on that patio. Wifi was available, but weak once you moved away from the modem. King bed in master was comfortable. Beds in second room were smaller than typical twin beds and not so comfortable for our adult children. There is a pullout sofa in the living room. Booking with Marctide was very easy and working with Ewelina is a pleasure. This is our third time visiting Marco and we look forward to our return.

Exceeded expectations

A very pleasant renting experience. Starting with the gate attendant who was very helpful since this was our first stay at Somerset. Parking is convenient. The unit was very clean and spacious. Could use a few more wall hangings and floor plants though. The only non-functioning item was the pop-up drain in the second bath. Had to remove it to allow draining, but just left it off for the week and screwed it back on at the end. Should be fixed.

Great balcony (about 25' x 10') for viewing miles of beachfront and sunsets. Marco Island is a comfortable place.

Easy to get around, not too big, lots of restaurants and beautiful homes. Hoots, Ne Ne's, and Stonewalls were favorite restaurants. Also check out Naples, lovely place. Pelican Bay, Port Royal, the Pier and 5th Avenue are worth the drive. Would recommend Somerset and plan to return in the future.

Regarding the guest bathroom sink, it operates differently than most. There is no rod to lift up and push down to close or open the drain. You simply push on the drain stopper itself to close it then push on it again to open it. I wish you contacted me about the sink during your stay as I am always happy to answer any questions or deal with issues.

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view

Our family enjoyed staying in Unit#613 at Somerset on Marco Island. It was a wonderful condo with a beautiful view. It was spacious, very comfortable, and extremely well decorated too. It was also very well furnished with everything we needed. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this condo to potential renters.

Ewelina Kornacka did a superb job managing this rental and answering any questions we had.

Tax Rate 10.0%

Renters must pay 15% upfront (non-refundable) and HomeAway service fee which will be between approximately 4% and 10% of the total cost (non-refundable), the rest 60 days before the arrival date, non-refundable (includes $500 refundable damage deposit).

All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm.

All renters must pay a $50 application fee directly to the Somerset no later than 10 days before the arrival date.

We rent only Saturday-Saturday but might be able to make an exception.
