This incredibly spacious and contemporary beachfront 6th floor unit (unit 613) is perfect for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. Boasting world-class views of the Gulf of Mexico while providing all the comforts of home, this unit will set the stage for an unforgettable stay.

This unit (which sleeps 5) features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully-serviced renovated kitchen is equipped with corian countertops and new appliances and cabinetry. The open-concept dining area (which seats 6) and fully furnished living space leads directly onto the lanai, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. The entire unit features new flooring.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The walk-in closet leads to the 3/4 private bath, completely redone with new tiling, expansive shower and granite countertop. The spacious second bedroom also has a similarly renovated private bath as well as two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with flat-screen TVs with HD cable.

For your convenience, we have included a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and a telephone. Each bed comes with two sets of fresh linens, and towels are included. Also, you will have access to a storage locker where you will find beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

The Somerset building is perfect for families, couples and groups of up to 5, with its amicable nature, quiet atmosphere and private beach entrance. It is a safe and secure building on the southwestern side of Marco Island along its famous Crescent Beach. Activities such as water sports, golfing, hiking, dolphin and alligator tours, bird-watching, and yoga are within walking distance. World-class dining is available in both casual and formal settings and a dine-in movie theatre is right across the street.

Naples is just a 30-minute drive away, and with fishing off the Pier, shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue, art exhibitions in the park and Tin City, anyone of any age can find an excellent way to spend the day.

Our family enjoyed staying in Unit#613 at Somerset on Marco Island. It was a wonderful condo with a beautiful view. It was spacious, very comfortable, and extremely well decorated too. It was also very well furnished with everything we needed. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this condo to potential renters.

Wonderful Condo on beautiful Marco Island beach

The condo was lovely. The balcony was large and great for having breakfast and gets afternoon sun. The kitchen was large and having all of the utensils, coffee maker and blender as well as full size fridge was super. It is a quick walk down to the most lovely beach in Florida. The cage contained all the items for the beach: noodles, chairs, umbrella and beach towels were in the condo. The owner was very prompt in following up and directions were easy. Marco Island is a favorite place of mine and I will certainly be visiting again and consider staying at this condo. I had one issue, called the contact person and it was addressed immediately.

Wonderful - Our Home Away From Home

We just came back after two wonderful weeks in Unit 613. It was our second time renting that unit. Beautifully furnished, clean and right on the beach. The bed is so comfortable I've never slept better! We've already booked another stay.

Rude People

While condo is nice and has a great view, the people in the Somerset building are rude. They do not want renters there, especially if you have children. I would recommend a nice hotel, or renting a house if you are going to Marco on a family vacation.

The rental agency also deducted $50 from our deposit for "extra cleaning". We left the place spotless! They essentially charged us more so that they could pay their cleaning company. They were NO help, and you only get their voicemail. If you are checking in on the weekend they are unreachable.

Owner's Response: We apologize for the bad experience you had at the Somerset building. We do have a lot of families with small children renting from us and yours is the first complaint we have received. Cleaning charges are included in your rental but clearly stated in the check-in instructions "Damage deposit is refundable less excessive cleaning, laundry costs and any damages to the property". Finally all renters are notified by email a month before specifying that the best way to reach us over the weekend is via email not phone. This message is included with the check-in instructions on which we provide a phone number in case of check-in emergencies. Emails and phone calls are always answered in a timely manner.

We stayed 3 weeks at this condo!! Very nice!! Ewelina is exceptionally wonderful to deal with.. She responds very quickly back to you. Our condo was beautifully decorated and very clean.. Great floor plan. Master bed was very comfortable. Fantastic view!! Building was very quiet.

Condo was perfect. Nicely renovated. Clean and nice floors. Kitchen stocked with perfect utensils and fishes. Balcony awesome - sliders in living room and master bedroom. Building quiet and well maintained. Tennis courts nice and available. Loved it

Renters must pay 15% upfront (non-refundable) and HomeAway service fee which will be between approximately 4% and 10% of the total cost (non-refundable), the rest 60 days before the arrival date, non-refundable (includes $500 refundable damage deposit).

All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm.

All renters must pay a $50 application fee directly to the Somerset no later than 10 days before the arrival date.

We rent only Saturday-Saturday but might be able to make an exception.
