This is a 1616 sf. Spacious upscale 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, 1 car garage townhouse has an open concept living & dining area with a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with kitchen amenities.
All three bedrooms are upstairs with a balcony view from one of the master bedrooms. One master has a queen bed with an in suite bathroom with double sinks, beautiful garden tub and a massive walk in closet. It opens to a large & spacious deck. Second master bedroom has a queen bed with a huge walk in closet with a beautiful view as does the bedroom with 2 twin beds. Second full bath is also upstairs, we provide alarm clocks, linens, blow dryers in each full bath. Half bath is downstairs for convenience. Laundry room is upstairs & fully equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron. Both master's have 50' 1080p LCD/HDTV's & another 50' LCD/HDTV 1080p in the living room with DVD.

Beautiful upscale townhouse, family friendly, relaxing yet fun. Close to the beach, intercoastal and soon to open Schlitterbahn in July of 2014! Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, all tourist attractions including the Lexington Museum, American Bank Center and the Texas State Aquarium. This is a great location that offers everything that our guests will enjoy.
This property is only a five minute walk to the beach with beautiful sunrise's & sunset's, very peaceful at night, so much so, that you can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the patio or balcony.
We enjoyed our two months at the Nautica Breeze townhouse. It's a great location on N. Padre Island - 5 minute walk to the beach, close to the main highway, but nice and quiet. After seeing the traffic jams going over the bridge to Port Aransas during Spring Break week, we even felt better about the location!
We enjoyed watching the sunset every night from the 2nd floor deck, grilling on the patio, and nightly walks on the beach. The townhouse itself is nice and quiet. There was never any noise from the neighbors, and you can't really hear any traffic from inside. Connecting to the WiFi was an issue many times, but eventually we always connected.
Willie was very responsive to any question or request that we had. He came over on a weekend within an hour of our call about a leak from the refrigerator. I would recommend this rental, and we'll consider returning next year!

We were happy with this condo. It is roomy and well furnished with towels, bedding and furniture. The kitchen could use some additional cooking pots or skillets. Also, I would suggest using plastic for the glassware and more pieces.
Excellent spot to get to beach and into corpus. Great for two families. Will definitely stay here again. Only glitch the whole time was workers at the new building going up starting before 8am
If you love to cook, might want to bring larger pans/pots or gourmet accessories. The kitchen is well stocked, but more along the lines of a first apartment. Could use an upgrade to the grill.
We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was close to where we had our family reunion. nice quiet area!
Gulf and Beach access within 5 minutes by boat. Laguna Madre and Intercoastal only 10 minutes by boat.
