This Park City Kimball Junction 2 bedroom/2 bath 1100sq foot multi level townhouse has an oversized attached garage. Each floor has a huge bed and ensuite bath with Pottery Barn linens/towels. In the clubhouse you'll have access to in/outdoor pool & hot tub and gym and on the shuttle bus route with a stop at the complex.

This townhome provides maximum convenience with an oversized attached garage that offers plenty of space for bikes and all kinds of gear. Above the garage you'll walk into a warm great room with 10'ceilings, a ceiling fan, gas fireplace with a cozy dining area and clean kitchen with disposal/microwave/oven/dishwasher/double sink.

You'll find an oversized washer/dryer off of the kitchen. There is a balcony off of the living room facing the mountains to sit and drink your coffee and listen to the birds and take in the view. A large bedroom and ensuite bathroom with tub showers are on each level with windows facing The Olympic ski jumps and The Canyons, where you'll see the SnowCats each night grooming the runs you'll hit in the morning! The upstairs has a 48" tv with cable and the main living room has a 60" smarttv with cable.

Backing up to Swanner Conservation multiuse trails and facing Swanner Wildlife Preserve, there is also the Redstone shopping area walkable with grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of boutiques nearby. We fell love with Park City many years ago. The culture, the people, the small town/big personality and even bigger mountains. We decided this would be our home away from home. Since we live here off and on, as well, I take a lot of pride in the upkeep and cleanliness. I have lots of friends with small children and so have this not just fun friendly, but family friendly. Why Arryn Waterman chose Park City area

The space you'll get at this two story townhome provides much privacy in a land of condos. If you have rental cars, you'll love the oversized garage plus tandem parking spot in front of the garage. No car? No problem! It's right on the free shuttle route around Park City (and by right on I literally mean 150 yards out the front door of the townhouse!) The outdoor pool is one of only a handful around the Park City condo complexs to choose from. There is an outdoor hot tub, as well as an indoor hot tub inside the clubhouse, as well. The entire complex backs up to the Swanner Trails maintained for multiuse of hiking/single track bikes/running, etc. The complex is walkable to Newpark / Redstone Center where you can listen to outdoor concerts in the summer and enjoy restaurants, shops, coffee, grocery stores, etc.

What makes this townhome unique

Not many condo complexs in Park City have indoor/outdoor pools/hot tubs and work out facilities included and this does! You'll like that there are no shared walls with any other units, allowing you to rock out to your music (reasonably of course!) or sleep soundly after a day of playing in this great outdoors!

Great Townhome and Location - Close to Park City Mountain Resort

Arryn, the homeowner, was gracious and responsive to all our questions and needs prior to our arrival and even during our stay. It was nice to deal with Arryn directly and bypass any property management or third party for check in and check out and any questions. Very convenient check in and check out, as it was all in one location at the house.

Arryn was even gracious enough to grant us an extremely late checkout so that we could ski a full day and then come back to the condo to shower and collect our stuff before hitting the road. That was above and beyond!

The condo was clean, spacious (sleeps 6 comfortably), and had every modern convenience, including two flatscreen TVs and a working DVD player. The complex was very quiet and conveniently located with very easy access to the local ski resorts, restaurants, shopping and the freeway.

We will be staying here again next year for our Park City ski vacation. Thanks Arryn!
