Walk to gondola to ski to Park City Resort - the new resort formed by connecting Canyons with Park City Mountain Resort to create the largest resort in the US.

Only a few years old, this large townhouse with 3 floors and over 3000 square feet comfortably sleeps 10-16. Ideal for large groups or families. Just a few steps to the Waldorf Gondola where you can ride up to the base village of Canyons Resort, or ski right down to get home. Waldorf Astoria is located across the street with Slopes Restaurant and Powder Lounge, and the Golden Door spa.

This condo has the feel of a private home with soaring ceilings and a private patio with hot tub. We continually replace bedding and furnishings to ensure the unit is in perfect condition. Large windows with mountain and golf course views. Located on the 9th hole of the Canyons Golf Course.

Lower level - 2 car garage entering into large mudroom & ski room with boot dryers. Large combination family room with TV, and 2 twin over full bunk beds with trundles underneath. King size pullout sofa and private bath complete the room. Games, movies, and books available.

Main Level - Gourmet kitchen, large family room, huge stone fireplace, and dining area to accomodate up to 12 at the table, with additional seating for 4 at the island. Kitchen is fully ready to cook for a large crowd. Patio with table/chairs, hot tub, outdoor gar fireplace, and gas BBQ for your use. Washer/dryer off kitchen and a full private bath. Living area has a King pullout sofa. Master bedroom on main level includes private balcony, fireplace, luxurious bath with steam shower.

Upper level includes 2 more bedrooms each with a King bed, private bath for each, and a shared balcony.

Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, unlimited local and long distance calling, Comcast cable, Portable crib, high chair, baby monitor. Beautifully furnished with Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware, and American Leather Comfort Sleep Sofas.

About Kristen Haaijer

My husband and I first visited Park City in 1996 with my UConn friends and couldn't resist visiting every year. We have lived in PA, CT, NJ, Oakville, ON, and two years ago decided to make Park City our full time home. I currently work for Snowmamas, an affiliate of Park City Mountain Resort, helping families vacation in Park City. My husband is an executive in the industrial chemical industry. We have 4 children ages 7-17 who attend the local schools and one who skis in a local race program. We hope you enjoy Park City as much as we do!

Why Kristen Haaijer chose Park City area

We selected this unit over all others in town because it had the best combination of space, luxury and location in town. We love the promixity to be able to ski in/ski out to Canyons, giving our older kids more freedom to come home when they are done for the day. Once the golf course is completed next year, it will offer the perfect year round lifestyle. We hope to retire to Juniper Landing someday, but in the meantime, are renting it out for others to enjoy.

What makes this townhome unique

The ability to be slopeside and have this much space, with a private garage, is very unique. This home has privacy while at the same time being so close to everything. The high ceilings and luxury finishes make it a wonderful place to stay.

Great rental

We had a group of 12, and the home was everything we needed. It was a very short and simple walk to the gondola; at the end of the day, you can ski to the bottom of it as well. There are racks in the garage to hold your skis/boards, and boot and glove dryers as soon as you walk in. The house has all the essentials plus more. The kitchenware is actually good, not cheap stuff you find in other rentals. All the beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were luxurious. The hot tub and grill on the patio were great, as were the fireplaces both inside and outside. There was a small snowstorm our first night, and we woke up to find the community property management clearing the driveways, individual porches, and stairways outside – so convenient! The owner, Kristen, was very easy to communicate with and provided lots of helpful information with quick response.

We’ve been staying at different VRBO homes for 10 years running now. This was voted the best by our group, and I’m sure it will be for yours as well.

Had a great time and enjoyed the house

Everything was as described and worked perfectly. Kristen was very flexible and supportive with my questions and any items that came up during our stay which was really only one minor item. Will definitely consider this location if we are back in Park City!

Perfect location, amazing property

Amazing property. Couldn't be closer to the slopes... practically ski in/out. Accommodated our group of 16 adults very comfortably. Landlord is available but does not hover. This property gets my highest recommendation

Property as nice as the owner

We had 2 families visit and had an exceptional trip. Aside from the snow being plentiful, one of the highlights was Kristen and her help in making a seamless trip and the place is perfect. If you are debating on this vs other properties that are truly walking distance to the gondola, look no further.

Fantastic spot

We rented the townhome over Christmas to house two families with 5 kids and a set of grandparents. The place is beautiful and very well appointed with anything you could need. It felt like home for the week we were there. The pictures don't fully do it justice in terms of spaciousness--particularly the lower floor bunkroom which was ideal for our kids and ski boots, etc. The location is easily walkable even for little kids to the gondola in front of the Waldorf. Kristen was amazing and incredibly accomodating with everything we asked for. As we ended up trying other mountains half the time, having the garage was another big plus. If you have a larger crowd, I don't think you can do better than this spot at the Canyons--highly recommend!

Ski in/Ski out at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain with amazing year round activities. Canyons Resort is operated by Vail Resorts, and part of the Epic pass program. Unit is located across the street from the Waldorf Astoria Park City, and adjacent to the Waldorf Gondola. Canyons Resort base area includes shops and dining and is now one resort with Park City Mountain, connected via gondola. Deer Valley Resort, Utah Olympic Park, Gorgoza Tubing Park, and Historic Main Street, filled with more dining and shopping options are minutes away. Endless actvities year round. A quick 35 minute drive from Salt Lake Internation Airport. Shuttles to the unit from the airport available, and free public transportation via the Park City Bus System is available nearby. A car rental is recommended for maximum flexibility to enjoy all Park City has to offer, but not required.
