Laundry room with washer/dryer. Dining area looking out to pool area. Small grass area next to pool. Walking distance to Living Desert Zoo. Haystack Ave has walking path from Monterey to Portola. South facing pool-sun all day. Watch the sunrise over the mountains having coffee out next to the pool. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Majority of neighbors are year round.

This is a perfect house if you want to get away from phones, computers and TV, just to enjoy the quiet, peaceful, relaxing days and nights in Palm Desert. South facing pool lets you enjoy sunshine all day long. Very family oriented-very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, entertainment and Palm Desert Swap meet and the College of the Desert. Walking distance to the Living Desert

Palm Desert retro home

although the property was located in a quiet and great location, it was old style and the lighting was terrible. It needs new window coverings in master bedroom to keep out the morning light, landscaping is non existent, and we were made to leave a day early because of poor planning by landlord. The owners were extremely nice, but seemed a little in experienced.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Overall experience was fantastic! Great neighborhood and it was really close shops and the town center. One thing to note for April 2017 is that this house is really close Desert X exhibits, so we had a great time hopping from one exhibit to the next. The pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing morning swims and there were pool floaties that we lounged in. Stacey and Scott were incredibly friendly and clear in their communication. We really loved staying here and would love to rent again in the future!

Comfortable and convenient family home

This 3 bedroom home is comfortable, with homey furnishings and a nice floor-plan. The kitchen is a nice size, and well equipped. The pool-patio area is very inviting, and readily accessible, making it handy to enjoy meals outside. There is sufficient patio furniture and several pool floatables. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the many options for walking in the area provided a great variety. The proximity to Ironwood Park was especially nice. Access to shopping was quick and easy. The COD Street Fair and McCallum Theatre were also handy and not far to drive. The owners were very pleasant, easy to work with and agreeable in addressing requests. We would definitely consider renting this house again.
