An end-unit, this very light and bright, split-level condo retreat has easy access and is only a short walk to the lakeshore. The open floor plan allows easy access between the dining area and kitchen. The island sink, built-in cabinets, newly tiled countertops and track lighting make gathering for a meal a pleasure. Fresh paint, new Berber carpeting and honeycomb window-coverings compliment the natural rock fireplace with copper trim.

The Internationally famous, original Tahoe Tavern was built in 1901 and has remained a premier destination resort throughout the years. Just one-quarter mile south of Tahoe City on Highway 89, you can walk into Tahoe City without leaving our beautifully landscaped grounds. Meandering woodland trails lead you up and down gentle slopes, through wide open grassy meadows, or along the shoreline. Before you know it, you're in the heart of town with it's entire selection of shopping, dining, galleries, museums and more.

|Cleaning Fee||$100 + Tax|
Cancellation: Outside of 60 days: $40. 50% of the total rent due will be charged on all cancellations received within 60 days of arrival, and 100% within 30 days unless re-rented.
•There is a one time cleaning fee for all reservations, ranging from $75-$175 depending upon unit size.
•10% Placer County room tax is added on all rentals of less than 31 days.
When reserving a unit, we require a valid credit card or a $300 - $600 deposit to hold the reservation for you. Your credit card (or deposit) is used as security against damage to the unit or any extra cleaning that may be required. We accepts VISA, MasterCard and personal checks (cash is OK, too!). Payments made by personal check must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival.
