Location: Paradise! This upscale vacation rental sits at the edge of our grassy central meadow with a woodland path leading to both the pool, beautiful Lake Tahoe and the historic Tahoe Tavern pier. You’ll be taking in awesome Tahoe scenic views the moment you enter this home-away from home.
On the ground floor, an open floor plan invites the gathering of friends and family at the granite breakfast bar, in the spacious dining room and comfortable living room. Just outside the living room is your own private patio where you can sit and drink your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset over the lake.
The delightfully remodeled kitchen is a true pleasure with granite countertops, upscale appliances, fixtures and lighting. Upstairs you’ll find more spectacular Tahoe Lake views from two of the bedrooms and cozy sleeping arrangements all around. The natural rock fireplace, hardwood floors and skylights all reflect the beauty of their surroundings and a signature sense of history unique to Tahoe Tavern Properties.
All of this, and only steps to the lake shore! You are also within walking distance of Tahoe City, California with its world class dining, shops and entertainment, not to mention some of the BEST recreation opportunities this world has to offer. Welcome to paradise!
The Internationally famous, original Tahoe Tavern was built in 1901 and has remained a premier destination resort throughout the years. Just one-quarter mile south of Tahoe City on Highway 89, you can walk into Tahoe City without leaving our beautifully landscaped grounds. Meandering woodland trails lead you up and down gentle slopes, through wide open grassy meadows, or along the shoreline. Before you know it, you're in the heart of town with it's entire selection of shopping, dining, galleries, museums and more.
ON-SITE- Tahoe Tavern: Heated Pool (closed in winter), six tennis courts with a pro-shop, pier with buoys and pier attendant and sandy beach.

|Cleaning Fee||$160 + Tax|
Cancellation: Outside of 60 days: $40. 50% of the total rent due will be charged on all cancellations received within 60 days of arrival, and 100% within 30 days unless re-rented.
•There is a one time cleaning fee for all reservations, ranging from $75-$175 depending upon unit size.
•10% Placer County room tax is added on all rentals of less than 31 days.
When reserving a unit, we require a valid credit card or a $300 - $600 deposit to hold the reservation for you. Your credit card (or deposit) is used as security against damage to the unit or any extra cleaning that may be required. We accepts VISA, MasterCard and personal checks (cash is OK, too!). Payments made by personal check must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival.
