Spacious two bedroom condominium apartment is the perfect spot for people wanting to spend the winter in upscale Palm Beach. Located on beautiful South Ocean Blvd. (A few doors north of "the "Four Season) this recently renovated unit, has views of the Intracoastal Waterway and easy walking access to ocean beaches. Relax at the pool, work out in the health club or jog on the waterside pathway, this location has what it takes to make your visit memorable. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk-in closet. The master bath has large stall shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom is furnished as a den/study with a sleep sofa. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower with newly installed glass door. The recently renovated kitchen includes new cabinets and appliances. The spacious living room has two sliding glass doors to a balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and the condominium's circular swimming pool. The unit is across the street from the ocean and the beach is easily accessible for condonminium residents. The building maintains beach chairs at the ocean site. The buildings is in the process of exterior renovation, installations of new elevators and redecorating the lobby. In addition to the pool, the building has a fitness facility and other recreation rooms.
The condominium has been owned by the same family since it was originally constructed. The owners do not live in Florida; but, they visit the property as often as possible. Current extended use is not practical. We have been delighted to share our home with quality tenants.
The condominium is in a beautiful part of Palm Beach. The condominium association is committed to maintaining a positive experience for its residents - both owners and seasonal renters. Accordingly, it has a very restrictive rental policy which insures that residents contribute maintaining the comfortable environment.
The condominium is clean and bright with wonderful views. Recently (2013) renovated kitchen and bathrooms provide a comfortable and practical residence. Furnished tastefully, the unit has a clean uncluttered look.
My husband & I rented this apt. last winter & loved the building so much we bought our own apt. here! From the balcony view overlooking the intra-coastal to the clean laundry room just steps away (on the same floor), this apt. had everything I wanted for a winter getaway. Everyone I met in the bldg. was friendly. Easy access to beach that felt "private". I would definitely recommend this unit, especially now that it's been renovated!

The owners are permitted only one rental per year. The minimum lease term is three months; the maximum term is six months.
The condominium association requires potential renters to complete an application and be interview by a representative of the board of directors.
One months rent and security deposit upon acceptance of renter's application by condominium association. Balance of rent and all applicable taxes for period of lease are payable prior to tenant taking occupancy.
Minimum rental term is 3 month; maximum rental term is 6 months. Local taxes (13%) imposed on lease less than 6 months.
