Bright apartment - tastefully decorated in cool tones. We had a great time! Enjoyed the kitchen - large and well organized - BBQ too !. Easy walk to the lake and downtown restaurants/ shops :)
Lovely apartment. Nicely decorated. Very central location. Close to restaurants and the waterfront. We loved our stay here.
The two bedroom condo on the main floor was great for accessability and location. It has a nice patio with sitting for at least 10 people, and the walkout to the main street was great not having to take an elevator. There was one issue with the BBQ on the patio, and after a quick text it was replaced that afternoon with a new, bigger BBQ. Walking distance to many restaurants and a trail through the bird sanctuary was just around the corner, and the beach was near by. The condo was well appointed and very clean with lots of beach towels for the beach or pool area upstairs. We have stayed in many VRBO places around the world ,and we would not hesitate to book this property for any future stays in Kelowna.
The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Ground floor with a gated patio made it safe for the kids to run around
We have nothing bad to say about this condo. It was exactly as described - maybe even better. It's a two bedroom, ground-floor unit with room enough for six adults to stay. It is obviously well cared for: the unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and what's more, a handyman had just been in to install all new appliances. The beds were comfortable, there were enough towels for all and the owners are kind enough to provide beach towels for those who want to spend time by the pools in the complex or the lake. Speaking of the lake: the water is just behind this complex, a convenient three minute walk away. In fact, the location is fantastic: you're right on the lake and a short walk from the shops and restaurants downtown. For those who travel by car, there is street parking but also a dedicated spot for this unit literally outside the back door. This was very convenient for unloading and loading all our belongings and for one of our party who has limited mobility.
Katie the property manager and Jessie the attendant provided great customer service. They were there to answer any and all of our questions and refunded our damage deposit almost immediately after we left (we weren't expecting it for a week or so!). We had an excellent stay here and an excellent experience over all. We would come back here again.
We stayed in this condo for the week of June 29-July 6. It was an awesome location for everything that we planned on doing. Walking distance to the beach, Bernard Street that had many great restaurants and shopping. Also within walking distance to the Community theatre where Showtime Productions had their annual dance championship.
The condo suited all of our needs quite easily. The master bedroom had just been upgraded and it is well done. The second bedroom suited two young adult females comfortably. Loved the fact that the underground parking space was right out side the condo back door. We used the patio and BBQ daily and it was very nice to have right outside the front door.
We took advantage of the pool area one full day. There was ample room for quite a few people. There is also a BBQ area close to the pool that can be used by people in the complex. We took advantage of it for our lunch one afternoon.
Over all the experience with the condo owner was excellent. Right from the beginning of booking the condo to our last email after we left the owner was quick to respond, helpful and informative with all of our questions and a great person to work with.
I would recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in the Kelowna area. I look forward to visiting again
