We are located just 200 yards from the high-speed Quicksilver Chair Lift at Breckenridge ski area, a mere 5 minute walk to some of Summit County's best skiing and riding.

Access to the Free Ride, Summit Stage, Ice Skating, the Village, and dining and shopping on Main Street are only a few minute walk. After a big day of skiing, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, or biking, curl up in front of a cozy crackling wood fire or enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs right across the parking lot. Absolutely loved it here!

My daughter and I stayed here for five days--we absolutely loved it! The condo is precious and updated, and we loved the convenience of being able to walk to town or to the ski lift. There is also a complimentary shuttle available (always within 10 minutes in our experience). The owners are very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. We are hoping to return soon!

Wonderful Getaway

I would recommend this lovely condo to those that want to be close to downtown and to the lifts. We walked to the restaurants and didn't have to worry about getting a cab if we had one holiday beverage too many since we were so close! Walking everywhere was a huge plus for us.

It's also great for staying in and avoiding the hustle and bustle. Comfortable seating, great entertainment (woohoo for the smart TV with Netflix!) and a wood-burning fireplace that we took advantage while staying over the Xmas holiday.

I will say that if you are unlucky and have loud neighbors next to you, above or below you, you will hear it. We had a fussy toddler stomping around above us and crying into the night. But anyone who has lived in condo/apartments knows that it's just how it is. We still really liked the place and would totally return. Thank you Michael!

Great location!

We travel to Breckenridge at least once a year. This location is perfect as it is close to town. The amenities offered with this location are a can you top a hot tub and pool? The condo itself is fine. It was clean (could have been a bit less dusty). The TV's were a bit challenging as the one in the living room's connections were a bit sensitive. The tv in the bedroom seemed to have a mind of its own when it came to the volumne but nothing you can't work with. Owners are very responsive. We would definitely recommend.

nice condo, good location

I liked the condo, nice kitchen, freshly refurbished, nevertheless I was disapointed by the fact that instead of a nice leather sofa showed on photo, there was only a very basic unconfortable old sofa with mini table and one foldable chair.

The house was noisy, every step and every word from neighbours can be heard.

Not exactly what was pictured.

The pictures showed a nice leather sofa sleeper and chair in the living room. What was there in its place was a double wide futon couch which was shabby and uncomfortable.. There was not enough room for two adults to sleep on it. The sitting area for 4 adults was limited to the futon couch which was not enough sitting area to watch tv or hang out in the living room.. The main bedroom mattress was not much better and was like sleeping on a rock. It was very noisy from the upstairs condo. The kitchen and bathroom was adequate and exactly as represented in the overview of the description. Sadly if you want a good nights rest this is not the place to stay.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry you didn't have a comfortable stay. We had brought the full sized futon up to address an immediate need as the air mattress in the fold out couch had sprung a leak. Since then, we fully renovated the condo in April of 2016. The renovation included new flooring, new bathroom, and sound insulating the ceiling and shared wall. The futon has also been replaced with a high-end Crate and Barrel sofa sleeper. It is rated as one of the best sofa sleepers on the market. I have slept on it and it is indeed very comfortable. With regards to the bed in the bedroom it is a high quality Tempurpedic queen sized mattress. We've had many guests compliment it but I can appreciate how not everyone would like it. Again, sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay.
