New fully furnished one bedroom apartment in central Lonsdale area of North Vancouver for maximum of 2 adults.
Bright open plan living area with balcony views of the North Shore mountain. Dedicated WiFi 24/7 Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. While the bedroom is very small it has a comfortable hotel firm queen size bed, ample closet/cupboard space and full ensuite bathroom with shower and soaker tub as well as enclosed washer and dryer.
You have access to the supermarket adjacent to the building or can step outside to vast array of shops, restaurants, cafes, starbucks, banks, recreation centre, library, skating rink and theatre.
On main transit route to Lonsdale Quay bus terminus, Lonsdale market, Seabus to downtown (with rapid transit to Vancouver International Airport), Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal to Vancouver Island, Grouse Mountain and all North Shore amenities. Easy access to beaches and seawall at Ambleside and Dundarave in West Vancouver as well as Deep Cove
While a car is not required there is a secure underground parking spot available for a compact vehicle and you are within 5 minutes drive of the Trans Canada highway, 15 minutes drive to 3 local ski mountains (Grouse, Cypress and Seymour) and 90 minutes scenic drive to Whistler. 20 minutes drive to downtown and Stanley Park.
In addition the building offers on site gym and an adjacent supermarket open 7am - 11 pm daily offers a wide range of fresh produce, including cooked hot and cold meals, fresh pizza, sushi, on site bakery, salad bar, cafe, deli and pharmacy.
The home owners have lived and worked in North Vancouver for over 20 years and are very familiar with the area and all it has to offer. Prior to this they lived in England, South Africa and Hong Kong. The property was chosen specifically in that it is ideally located for easy access to, the airport, Vancouver downtown area and all North Shore attractions. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, shops, banks, recreation facilities and Lions Gate hospital.
Past tenants have loved the convenience of having quick access to the adjacent full service supermarket downstairs.
Being a new building it offers secure access, in house gymnasium and secure underground dedicated parking bay.
It is an ideal location for people who need short or long term fully furnished rental accommodation.
Well located for those that want to explore North Vancouver. Adjacent City Market supermarket downstairs has proved to be very popular for past tenants as it is open 7 days a week until 11 pm and caters to their every need in terms of food selection, deli, coffee bar, wide range of fresh cooked meals, soup, pizza and sushi as well as in house Pharmacy
Everything about this apartment was excellent-perfect central location in the heart of North Van, with great transit links for easily getting around the city! It's very clean and has everything you could need for your stay..and the views of the North Shore Mountains are stunning. It was so nice staying in a VRBO rental that isn't a suite in someone's house-great privacy! Thanks Tricia for a wonderful stay, I would definitely book this apartment again for future visits! :)
My wife and I have visited Vancouver frequently over the years. We always stay downtown, but this time we tried Tricia's condo in North Van. Don't let the fact that this is not downtown dissuade you, the location is great! A short drive from everywhere. The City Market in the lobby of the building is fantastic. The condo is very nice with a great view of Grouse Mountain. Tricia is a perfect host, very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Tricia!!
We enjoyed spending a month in this little condo unit. All linens and towels were in plentiful supply. The washer/dryer were very handy in the bathroom. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is a small unit, but the large picture window, facing the mountains, make it very airy. The location is great for restaurants and coffee shops and the bus/sea bus transportation make getting downtown very easy. The gym on the main floor is also well equipped.
We enjoyed Bravo Cucina Italian Restaurant very much and Brown's Social House is always lively and welcoming. We also enjoyed a visit to the Gordon Smith Gallery (Aboriginal) on Lonsdale.
This was such a wonderful place to stay. Tricia was lovely and her condo has everything you could need and very clean. It's a super convenient location with Loblaws downstairs(tons of premade meals if you don't want to cook) and a great variety of restaurants all up and down Lonsdale.
Arrived at 3pm and was skiing by 4pm, perfect.
I would definitely recommend this property and will absolutely be staying again.
We had a fantastic time at Tricia's apartment! It was clean and felt cozy like home. Very close to restaurants, coffee shops and many other things. The view was very beautiful as well! Facing grouse mountain. Tricia was very helpful! We would most definitely stay there again!

They will be required to sign a short term rental agreement and will be issued with a security fob to access the building and they will chose their own unique PIN for secure access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. A copy of formal photo identification for each person is required at time of booking and confirmation.
There is a $100-00 refundable deposit for each fob issued and this is refunded upon return of the fob
