Beautifully situated with a superb sea view, this one bedroom apartment is in the port of Puerto Banus itself. The terrace faces the beach to the east. The size of the apartment is 60m2 with terraces that consists of a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living room where up to two can sleep. This is a unique quieter part of the port with the main entrance opposite Louis Vuitton and the new D&G designer shops. There are very few apartments like this one so you are advised to book early.

This is a great location for sunbathing on the beach in the daytime and loads of Nightlife with clubs and pubs within very short walking distance. Some of the best shops in Spain right on the doorstep. The apartment is on the sea front in the port itself no need for taxis. Apartment comes with 32 inch flat screen with Sky TV.

Perfect Location

The apartment was lovely and spacious with a great balcony view of the beach. The location was perfect, with anything we needed at our fingertips. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment and would 100% visit again! We had a great holiday :)

Good value for money!

The website pictures really do this property no justice .... the property is bigger in reality.

Very clean and has everything you really need, right down to a shopping trolley, which is very useful for the big supermarket shop and bringing back plenty of water....the big hyper supermarket is only a five min walk from the property.

The only negative for this property, is that we couldn't work out how to get the air-con to work below 18c.... so it was scorchio in the property, as it was 34c outside! Remember to keep all your euros for the air con.

The location of the property is absolutely spot on.... for the beach, shopping and nightlife....

The property is about an hour and half walk along the beach to marbella old town, which I recommend you visit, plenty of beach restaurants along the way, including a fav beach restaurant of mine called Victors...

With regards to the transportation from Malaga airport to the property...I recommend the following....

Use a company called shuttle direct and order a private taxi, which are very comfortable, a merc 4X4.

It will cost you £50 each way. Compared to £90 for picking up a taxi outside the airport! Taxis cannot get right outside the property as only local residents can do so with a residential permit.

They will drop you off at this address (a 4 min walk to the property)

amazing location!

What a great little apartment in a perfect location, well equipped with everything we needed. Air con was great and definitely needed ,can be quite hard to convince someone in a shop to change notes to one euro coins daily though! Will be back to the wonderful place for sure :)

This was the ideal apartment for my 4 night stay in Puerto Banus. The apartment was very clean and ideally situated less than a minutes walk to the Port. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely use again.

Perfect location in Puerto Banus and a car pass!

The apartment was great (and clean), the view fantastic and the position was ideal, as was the port pass!

In fact location was so good you don't even need a car.

We cannot believe we were on the beach sunbathing the first week of November (25 degree heat) and came back to cold wind and rain.

Nigel and Debbie provided excellent service in obtaining the keys/car pass/directions/etc.

I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

North East

How The Other Half Live!

Hello Nigel,

Back home for three days and missing Puerto Banus already. Many thanks for the use of your lovely apartment. It is certainly value for money and it genuinely has everything you need, even down to spare travel plugs. On the two days it absolutely poured down the Sky TV channels made it feel a home from home. Good old Jeremy Kyle!

The view from the balcony is what every holiday home should have. Ideal for relaxing, catching some early morning rays and people watching.

Fortunately Jane isn't one for shopping which considering the plethora of designer shops on the door step and the fact it was her birthday week meant my credit card bill will still be manageable.

If anyone reading this is a 'petrol-head' then this is the pace to stop. It is like a car park for luxury cars. Bentley's and Ferraris are common place as are Maserati's, although I did get a bit annoyed when after going out for the day, some bloke had parked his in the spot I used to park our Toyota Yaris.

The use of the port pass is essential for anyone using a car as free parking is limited. If you are not using a car and plan to spend all your time in the port make sure you have plenty money. Fourteen Euros for two pints of cider in Linekers seems steep to us, but I suppose is par for the course and we had anticipated that more spending money than usual would be required.

The folder containing information on the general area and recommended places to eat / drink was most useful. We'd recommend Jacks if you fancy a change from the more up-market options available, or for the more adventurous, the seven and a half mile walk or 30 minute boat ride to Marbella is worth doing.
