Absolutely beautiful home, first time in Sutton's Bay and loved the quaintness of the area. The house was wonderful, adults, grandparents and teenagers all loved it. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but still came together with the great decks and private dock. Kids rented paddle boards down the street (free delivery) and the weather was awesome! I would definitely recommend, you will totally enjoy!
excellent property, met or exceeded all our expectations. spacious and well laid out. perfect kitchen, dining room and living room layout. living room perfect for little crawling children. sandy beach and dock a real plus. location close to town-suttons bay-is handy and traverse city and surrounding area offer plenty for everyone to do. plan to stay again as soon as possible.
Spent a long weekend with 2 families, children ranging in age from 5-14. The home was very spacious. Basement and additional bonus room allowed kids to play and just hang out, while adults visited in the very spacious kitchen/dining/living room area. Beautiful views of the bay from the many kitchen windows. Dock was very nice and good for putting chairs out while kids swam. We also brought a boat. The boat launch was only a mile or so up the road so putting boat in and out each day wasn't too bad. It would be nice to just leave it in the water, but it worked out pretty well. The little town just up the road was very quaint and nice for an afternoon of shopping and lunch or dinner. There are wine tours you can experience close by. Traverse City is a 20+ minute drive or so, depending on where you want to go. If you want to check out the dunes it's not too bad of a drive, maybe 45 minutes. All-in-all, a good home and location for a large group or multiple families to share.
We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this home! The kitchen is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and the view on the water is serene! We had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend this vacation home to future renters!
Excellent vacation home. Went with two other families, lots of room for everyone. House was clean and comfortable. We loved the beach area and dock. Wonderful café with in walking distance!
The home is clean, with a spacious kitchen (well-stocked with cooking gear) and dining table to accommodate a large group. The two decks with ample seating and the wonderful dock give great views of the Bay and if weather permits, a great place to swim. Great for families with plenty of room and books, games, and puzzles for people of all ages to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
