Great house on Suttons Bay

  • 5 of 5

This large four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home sits on a beautiful lot facing Suttons Bay. If you're an early bird, the sunrises are gorgeous! The kitchen is huge with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots & pans if you want to cook. The private beach with lots of chairs is heavenly! The long dock juts out into the crystal clear water. The sandy beach is great for kids! Bring water shoes to search for The Michigan Petosky stones & other interesting stones in the water. There's a nice fire ring close to the beach to enjoy s'mores, stories & starry nights around the campfire! Our families enjoyed every minute! The ping pong table, dart board, & large tv in the walkout basement kept everyone entertained in the one rainy day we had. I highly recommend this lovely lake home!

Family getaway

  • 5 of 5

This is a great property close to Suttons Bay and the many beaches. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. My family loved it and I hosted a family party on our last day (catered by VI Grill - outstanding!). Everyone enjoyed the spacious property and we spent the day at the beach swimming and paddle boarding off of the beautiful huge dock. Huge yard, fire pit, lots of beach chairs - very large 3 tier deck + grill. Loved it!

Great place

  • 5 of 5

Had everything we needed for a large family gathering. House was clean and comfortable.

Would have liked to have a TV in the living room/kitchen area as this seemed to the be the "hang out" area for the week. Very nice dock area for swimming and very close to suttons bay.

Would highly recommend for large family events!

Owner's Response: There is not a TV in the living room/kitchen area but there are 3 flat screen tvs located throughout the house - Master bedroom, upstairs "bonus" area, and in large family room on the lower level.

Summer Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely beautiful home, first time in Sutton's Bay and loved the quaintness of the area. The house was wonderful, adults, grandparents and teenagers all loved it. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but still came together with the great decks and private dock. Kids rented paddle boards down the street (free delivery) and the weather was awesome! I would definitely recommend, you will totally enjoy!

Spacious home in a great location!

  • 5 of 5

Spent a long weekend with 2 families, children ranging in age from 5-14. The home was very spacious. Basement and additional bonus room allowed kids to play and just hang out, while adults visited in the very spacious kitchen/dining/living room area. Beautiful views of the bay from the many kitchen windows. Dock was very nice and good for putting chairs out while kids swam. We also brought a boat. The boat launch was only a mile or so up the road so putting boat in and out each day wasn't too bad. It would be nice to just leave it in the water, but it worked out pretty well. The little town just up the road was very quaint and nice for an afternoon of shopping and lunch or dinner. There are wine tours you can experience close by. Traverse City is a 20+ minute drive or so, depending on where you want to go. If you want to check out the dunes it's not too bad of a drive, maybe 45 minutes. All-in-all, a good home and location for a large group or multiple families to share.
