Why Elizabeth (Betsy) Kusterle chose Saint Petersburg
My husbands family owned this property for many years. He grew up on Sunset Beach. Originally being from Pittsburg, they wanted to moved down for the warmer climate and decided to stay. The property was left in an estate to my husband. We love it here and we're sure that you will too.
What makes this Cottage unique
The cottage has been upgraded over the years but the original walls of pecky cypress are still untouched. It possesses a coziness and feel of old Florida beach life. The close proximity to the Gulf is always a plus. Bike rides or casual walks are a pleasurable past time, or just do nothing!

There is much to do or you can do just nothing. The sunsets are amazing, the ambience will take you where you will find yourself on 'Island Time'.
