About Owner / Property Manager
I am the owner and the property manager. I have been in the rental property and real estate business for over 25 years. I own several properties, but I have to say this is my favorite. I have lived in Central Texas for over 30 years.
Owner / Property Manager purchased this Apartment in 2012
Why Owner / Property Manager chose Downtown
I am passionate about historical buildings, this building was built in 1885. I love how downtown areas are being renovated across the country. This building was renovated in 2005 when I first saw it. Several years later I was given the opportunity to purchase the property. San Marcos, one of the fastest growing cities in the Nation, is a great city to be part of. I have family that attended Texas State, and I am glad to be part of this community.
What makes this Apartment unique
Love the loft style, the exposed brick, and the high ceilings of this unit. I like to see the views of San Marcos high above the City. Also like that I can simply walk downstairs and have some great food, and watch a few sports events, or just take a casual walk around the square.

San Marcos winner!
This is our second time at this property and just like the first it was awesome! You can walk to everything downtown and to the Texas State campus. Brian, the owner is awesome and quickly responds to all inquiries. I would highly recommend this comfy condo!
Very vell maintained!
San Marcos On The Square
Clean, roomy and comfortable. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and Brian the property manager was accommodating and pleasant. We found Matt who works at Sean Patrick's very helpful as well. The square has a variety of restaurants and boutiques within walking distance or you can opt to make dinner in the kitchen area. A parking space is provided which is really helpful in the evenings when the square is high trafficked. The location is excellent with easy access to local attraction. Sean Patrick's pub has a good selection from which to choose and we enjoyed the breakfast tacos before rushing into our busy days. It was very nice to come back to our comfortable digs and relax. If there are any drawbacks, which may or may not affect future visits, it is the street noise which lasted until the bars close and revelers have totally departed the square. There are sound machines at each beside which work well at diffusing out a lot of the sound. And, the large TV equipped with ROKU is a super nice addition but needs better speakers as the dialogue was often difficult to discern. Overall, a really great experience and a new favorite place to stay when we visit San Marcos in the future.
Stayed here for a small weekend getaway with a group of friends, and we all loved it! The Square is of walking distance, restaurants, and coffee shops! Tubing is not far either! We had a blast! I would definitely stay here again!
Cool condo with a great location. Owner was friendly and great to work with;) Thanks Brian!
San Marcos is a charming town within driving distance to Austin. Near Lockhart which has some great bbq joints. Here for F1 racing at COTA and was only 30 mins to track. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Located above bar and busy street so expect some noise- tolerable. Very easy to access unit. Owner very responsive and his recommendations regarding food was spot on....Root Cellar is excellent choice for breakfast.
With so many things to attract you to San Marcos, it can be hard to choose what to do first. You can take to the skies? Skydive San Marcos will give you the thrill of a lifetime with a tandem skydive experience. Or you can always enjoy a hot air balloon or helicopter ride to see the sights.
More interested in what's happening beneath the surface? Marvel at underwater marine life and watch hundreds of springs bubble up to form the headwaters of the San Marcos River from a glass bottom boat at Aquarena Center. Want a more personal experience? Glass bottom kayak tours are also available on Spring Lake. Feel like going a little deeper? Wonder World Park is the nation's only true example of an earthquake formed cave that is open to the public.
Like to heat things up a bit? Wimberley Glassworks has daily demonstrations turning bits of silica and sand into amazing works of art glass with a little air and a lot of fire. Of course, Texas State has many activities to see as well, whether academically or sports related!
