Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The property was tired. The cook top fan didn't work. The fan in the upstairs shower didn't work. The downstairs shower didn't drain. The dryer took 3 times the normal to dry. A window mechanism on a living room window was broken so you couldn't operate the window. The patio furniture was old plastic and was ready to collapse. The barbecue was filthy. The cadets in the house were all dirty and stained. The house in general was dirty and had cobwebs all through out. Terrible facility, especially for the price.
this home was very nice, big open area, nice big deck out back. perfect for my family! would recommend this one to a friend for sure!
Nice location, and nice space for u p to 10 people. Some maintenance isuues (toilet seat broken, faucet broken, dryer door broken and very slow to dry, only 1 garbage bag provided for 4 days for 10 people, no additional towels available. Nice deck with tables and barbeque was nice as well. Pretty stocked kitchen.
Great location and would be a great place to stay if so much needed maintenance was performed on the house. Upstairs toilet leaked into the downstairs bathroom when flushed, yuck! Numerous other minor maintenance items; broken closet door in one of the smaller bedrooms, WiFi did not work, oven door did not close all the way and the ceiling in almost every room have cobwebs in the corners and the windows need cleaning badly. We believe everything could be taken care of in a weekend if the owners put their mind to it. Black Butte resort area was extremely nice, particularly after experiencing the crowds of Sun River on other trips east. We plan on visiting the area again, but not in this house.
Went to two of the four pools, golfed and restaurants.
We were very disappointed. The house was roomy enough for 6 of us. Lots of places to hang out. The downstairs bathroom was leaking from the ceiling leaving a puddle in the middle of the bathroom. The toilet did not flush very well. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!! 4 college age girls and no HOT WATER was not a good mix. We had the upstairs bathroom faucet handle come off... and the kitchen faucet had pieces come off. We are looking for a house that we can rent annually. But.....not sure about this one.
