Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We stayed here once before and experienced a staggering number of issues with the house, including no hot water, a broken oven and leaking water in the bathroom ceiling. However, when it came time to book a Black Butte trip I verified that the issues were resolved and booked again because of the cost, size of the house and the location, which is close to the large family rec center and set away from busy roads. The king bed in the master bedroom is one of the best beds i have ever slept in and the fan driven wood stove is fantastic as well.
We rented this home because it is close to the two Black Butte golf courses. We are happy we decided to rent through Vacasa, the home was great, service was awesome, everything we needed. If you are planning a golf trip to Central Oregon, this is a great option.
The property was tired. The cook top fan didn't work. The fan in the upstairs shower didn't work. The downstairs shower didn't drain. The dryer took 3 times the normal to dry. A window mechanism on a living room window was broken so you couldn't operate the window. The patio furniture was old plastic and was ready to collapse. The barbecue was filthy. The cadets in the house were all dirty and stained. The house in general was dirty and had cobwebs all through out. Terrible facility, especially for the price.
The house was dirty. Food on the floor, broken sink and toilet (there was a used knife left out and spider webs). The carpets looked like they had never been shampooed. Couldn't reach Vacasa on the first day (wouldn't pick up the phone) when we needed them. This property is worth $100/per night. With taxes and cleaning fees I paid over $400/per night. It was a terrible experience. The location was good. That is my positive comment.
this home was very nice, big open area, nice big deck out back. perfect for my family! would recommend this one to a friend for sure!
Nice location, and nice space for u p to 10 people. Some maintenance isuues (toilet seat broken, faucet broken, dryer door broken and very slow to dry, only 1 garbage bag provided for 4 days for 10 people, no additional towels available. Nice deck with tables and barbeque was nice as well. Pretty stocked kitchen.
