Great for a family of 10. Kids enjoyed the pool
Great home. Host was accommodating
The place perfectly fit 12 people comfortable. At first, the garbage disposal and microwave were not working properly but the host sent help right away.
Great spot for going to Coachella
Great house for going to Coachella. Penty of sleeping space. Nice being in a neighborhood with your own pool. Easy to park. No dealing with gate access that makes Uber/Lyft pickup a pain. Rides to the festival were $15-25. I would definitely stay here again.
Good value Good interior space
Good for families, dog friendly, a nice area of La Quinta Cove that's close to the trails. The set up is nice for family games and cooking meals together, we'd definitely return!
Photos are different; not clean
We stayed for two nights for our annual girlfriend weekend, July 22 & 23. I'm sorry to say that we were very disappointed. The photos DO NOT look like what we found. The furniture in the sitting areas was beyond “tired and worn” and stuffed in/overcrowded. We could have lived with that had the house been clean. The kitchen was stomach-turning: the counters were sticky and we had to hand wash the dishes before we could use them. The dishwasher was disgusting with rust, remains of food in the bottom, and the top shelf had something dark and sticky on it. One toilet had a black ring around the water line and there were ants in the Master jacuzzi. There was no soap, shower gel, or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. The outdoor space was cramped although it did have a new- looking lattice cover over the little patio. The rest of the outside was a mess with dirty table, broken umbrella, large old pots with no plants in them, and odd knick-knacks. We should have taken photos! The pool is small, which shows in the photo, although it is taken from a flattering vantage point. The yard fences (in disrepair) and the house wall are within 3-4 feet of the pool except for the small patio. This house needs a really good deep cleaning, a change out of furnishing to look more like the photos, some repairs & upkeep, and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The front area between the gate and the house was also sad and dilapidated. The few plants were dead. We would not stay there again.
house is cozy
we had a wonderful stay with my family.. house is very cozy and clean.. the pool is not as big as we expected.. but we did enjoy our 3nights stay there..
