About Utopian Luxury Vacation Homes

While our impressive collection of luxury residences will amaze you, it is our warm hospitality and signature service that will be a wondrous welcome. Utopian LVH is arguably the most service-focused management firm for ultra-luxury vacation homes. Our trademark 360 White Glove Service™ centers around creating the moments that you will remember always.

Why Utopian Luxury Vacation Homes chose Deer Valley

Old Town is a lively gathering place for locals and tourists alike. Restaurants, galleries and swanky boutiques fill historic buildings that once housed saloons and boarding houses, and a couple of resident ghosts are rumored to inhabit some old buildings now renovated into B&Bs. Park City is rumored to have more restaurants per capita than any other city. With over 100 restaurants, guests enjoy a sophisticated dining scene and can choose from a variety of cuisines including Thai, French, Italian, Southwestern, Continental, American and Asian Freestyle. During the day, shoppers stay busy browsing in Main Street boutiques carrying clothing, ski gear, antiques, and jewelry, and bookstores and cafes offer quiet places to watch the world go by. When the sun goes down, plenty of clubs and wine bars guarantee a lively nightlife.

What makes this house unique

With every reservation we include our complimentary Private Concierge service, with a meet and greet for each guest arriving at the residence to complete a walk-through and answer any questions. In the unlikely situation that a feature of the home is not quite right, our House Managers are a short call away, at anytime, to handle any deficiencies promptly and professionally. Our Concierge Team is available to assist you with transportation, equipment rentals, dining recommendations, grocery delivery, excursions, and more to help create a well-planned and memorable experience.

Terrific house, and great location!

  • 5 of 5

This place is great! Plenty of room, very clean and updated. Very comfortable for a large group. Literally a 5 minute walk to Main Street. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Terrific house, great location

  • 5 of 5

The house is great. Plenty of room, very well taken care of, and the host did a great walk-through when we arrived. The location is terrific; on a quiet street literally 5-minute walk to Main street. We'll almost certainly stay here again.

Great home close to town

  • 5 of 5

We loved the house and the proximity to the historic center of town. The home has a lovely big dining room where we fit 11 people for dinner. I would probably not recommend this house for young children or anyone with mobility issues, as there are a lot of stairs. But the beds are very comfortable, the space in the living area is generous, and our stay was lovely.

Excellent House

  • 5 of 5

This house was great. Everything worked and was spotless. It's a big beautiful house in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Jacquelyn, who let us in and showed us how everything worked was also great. If I had to boil it down to one word I guess our whole experience was...great ; )

Gorgeous Home!

  • 5 of 5

We were so pleasantly surprised from the minute we walked through the door. I want to hire their decorator for my own home! The location is great too, right in between Park City and Deer Valley. We drove to dinner each night, but could have easily walked to Main Street if we hadn’t skied so hard all day. Perfect bedding set up for our couple’s getaway – no one had to be stuck with a bunk bed. Our concierge was great suggesting restaurants, we’re a tough group to please, and she made a perfect recommendation every night.
