Beautiful home, horrible property management, dangerous pool. **RENT WITH CAUTION***.

The neighborhood and home itself are beautiful, very spacious much bigger than the pictures advertise. The clubhouse amenities are amazing!

The problem is the property management company. The home is NOT very-well maintained, my assumption is it has something to do with the house being up for sale.

When we arrived we were unable to access the house at the agreeded upon time, the owner lives in another country and was unable to be reached, we had no information for the property management company, Homeaway customer service eventually provided us with access information. Soon after entering the house, I call the property management company and speak with Lori, I express my concerns regarding entry only to be met with her extremely RUDE attitude and had a "oh-well" justification, stating I should have "called them first."

In addition to the lack of curb appeal and upkeep, the swimming pool was a BIG problem. The jucczi was completely green with alge and the pool was questionable but nowhere near as bad.

Against my better judgement I allowed the kids to play in the pool but NOT the jucczi. This decision turned out to be disastrous! Unbeknownst to us, in the pool there was a broken tile. One of the kids goes to exit the pool and slices her leg completely open on this broken tile. Thankfully the emergency room was only 10-13 minutes away. A couple of hours and MANY stictches later we return back to the house, I contact the property management company and I reach LOVELY Shelia!

Shelia was very helpful and understanding, she came out to the house immediately! She reassured us that she would call a pool company and have the issues fixed by the days end. She photographed the damaged pool area and requested pictures of the injury. We return late that evening and the alge was gone but the tile was still broken and would remain that way our entire 5 day stay.

Our last day in the home was less than peaceful, Lori shows up at checkout time with her horrible attitude in tow! She literally rushed us out of the home because her next guest would be arriving soon and they needed "extra time to clean after such a big family." As we leave and all I could think was "I hope no other child gets hurt in that pool" ..

Present day- I have had one correspondence with the owner and no follow up!

Owner's Response: Hi Tiarra, We felt badly for the cut of the little girl. However, as explained by the property manager and myself, she was NOT supposed to climb out of the pool using the spillover to climb out of the pool where the steps are right there by the spa. The pool maintenance company confirmed that the tile was not broken before your arrival. Theoretically, you are responsible for the repair of the damage but we decide to take on the cost. The property manager responded quickly and worked with you closely during the entire process. Again, we felt sorry for what the little girl had to went through and we understand how an accident like this could impact your mood during a vacation. We appreciate your feedback. If there is anything we could have done better, we definitely would listen. Sincerely, Becky

Me and My Family LOVED IT!! Very Beautiful home & was exactly what we expected! No complaints!

It was well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay! Very clean and very updated. You can tell it is a newer home & a great location to the clubhouse. An AMAZING firework show from Champions Gate! The Pool was warm & so was the hot tub! We didn't pay extra for the heat in hot tub, but it made an excellent area for the kids! I loved the Master bathroom & I feel like I couldn't have asked for a nicer home!

This place was nothing short of amazing! We had 19 people stay in this house (which included 2 babies) and never once felt like we were stepping on each other. So many commons areas to spread out. The house was clean and the managers were quick to respond to our needs. Will definitely be returning to this house!!!
