You cannot rent a loft unit directly from the resort. So if you do not want anyone above you in ski boots making noise think about booking a loft unit either this one or one of my others on VRBO

Totally renovated Trail Creek complex. Top two floors so no noise above you. Totally renovated with a king bedroom on the entry floor and a full bath. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, upstairs loft with two twins and a half bath then there is a bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom with marble and granite.

All the TV's are brand new flat screen with DVD players. There are two iPhone docs for the clocks on the night stands, iPod player, wood burning fireplace with unlimited wood supplied close to your unit. Kitchen is fully appointed and stocked with spices and all necessary cooking items

Better than advertised....

Kim's property at Trail Creek is very well represented by the photos. It is very clean and a bit more updated than some surrounding units. The condo is spacious and the loft area is a key attribute for additional sleeping arrangements. Kim provided a good deal of soaps and paper products. Having a washer and dryer in the unit makes packing much easier. The memory foam bed was firm but comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking at home. The unit is next door to the activity center pool and spa. One of the best features of the condo is actually its proximity to a parking spot right out front. Lugging gear to an interior unit would not be fun. We did not use the shuttle which stops right out front since parking was so easy due to low crowds in April. Nor did we ski home but I saw some folks who did.

We had a very nice time in Killington, thanks Kim!

Owner's Response: I am glad you found the unit to be very clean this is so important for a guest also yes the location of trail creek units is the best on the mountain with its proximity to the mountain and ski home off snowshed.

Thank you Kim for making the unit so perfect for our vacation. We enjoyed staying there and you are very thoughtfuly in making so many things avsilable in the unit especially the Kitchen.

The location if the unit was perect for us as well. We enjoyed our time.

Killington Romp

I stayed here with my parents during our excursion through Vermont in order to get some time on the slopes with my father.

We were instructed that check-in was at 4:00PM but when I called, the time was pushed to 5:00 because the cleaning crew was still working. Calling again, the time was pushed back to 6:00, forcing my parents and myself to imbibe some beverages at nearby bars and restaurants. Understandably, this situation left a rather sour taste in my mouth that was diluted by the array of beverages nearby. Through the calls, management was more than understanding with my frustration, professional and appreciative of our patience.

We knew that they wanted to present a thoroughly cleaned condo; and they delivered. The layout is just as shown in the photos. Spacious enough for the three of us and stocked well enough for the most part for the brief window of time we were there. Some little things missing didn't detract from our enjoyment. Through the week we noticed some little things that needed tended to but again, as I said prior, they didn't detract from our enjoyment of the trip.

For my dad and myself, we didn't utilize the trail to the slopes since it's rather cumbersome for my father to trot that distance with his ski boots on, but the drive to the slopes was nothing. The amenity building is right next door, which was great considering how cold it was, and how much colder it becomes in swimming attire. Plenty of people utilizing that facility and well tended to from what I gathered (I didn't partake but my father seemed refreshed after using the sauna).

It's always a gamble to book a ski trip, but we got what we needed out of the vacation. After a hard day skiing or a long drive exploring the area, this was a pleasing, cozy place to unwind and relax before starting out again the next day.

Owner's Response: I am glad you found the unit to be clean. Now on your rental agreement it does state 5pm I have contacted the cleaners since this is the first I have heard of this. I must assume it was left either late since this was a day a guest departed and you arrived or they left it very dirty. I do have a team of 2 that clean but if it is dirty and the guest leaves late it is a challenge to get done by 5pm and leave you a well cleaned and equipped unit. I did investigate and I found that the departure was 5pm by the cleaners so not as you are stating at 6pm. You did come back at 6pm but the unit was ready at 5pm as agree to both on VRBO and also on your rental agreement. The concierge told me that you did not come back until 6pm but that was not due to our cleaners or any reason on our side. the cleaners are required to fill in a time sheet for every clean this is how I know what time it was done. And this time is confirmed with management at the complex.

This was a great condo for us with all the right upgrades and room for our entire family including the grandparents. Close to the pool. Skiing home was great! And the master bed was so amazingly comfy that we bought the exact one for our own home we loved it so much! Thanks Kim! We are now going to look at all your other places you rent bc we were so impressed with the setup!

Kim's Trail Creek Rental

Myself and my brother with our wife's visit over the Columbus Day weekend to see the beautiful color of Killington mountains. Kim's description of unit #40 was right on. Very nice unit and very comfortable. Would rent from her again.
