Kreischberg holiday house is in the district of St. Lorenzen on the edge of a holiday park which includes a restaurant/beer garden and swimming bath. This holiday park is within reach of the Kreischberg valley station (400 m) and also the leisure complex for open-air pool and tennis courts and the new easy-to reach 18-hole golf course. The house is a solid wood free-standing holiday house offering lots of space and comfort. Because it is so near to all tourist venues there are lots of facilities for leisure or relaxation. There’s more than 90 m2 for up to 8 persons. The decor is very stylish but comfortable and you’ll find everything you need for the summer. St. Lorenzen is located in the south of sunny Steiermark region, right at the foot of the Kreischberg. It’s a lovely place for summer and winter holidays.

Schönes, modernes Haus in Liftnähe

Das Haus ist modern und groß, in einer Siedlung gelegen. Es ist schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt, großes Wohnzimmer, sehr feine Zimmer und absolut ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien.

Die Anfahrt ist über die Bundesstraße auch im Winter problemlos möglch. Zur Talstation der Bahn sind es rund 400 Meter entlang einer Straße, die wir zumeist gegangen sind.

Der Zugang zum Skigebiet läuft über eine Gondelbahn, bei der sich's (wir waren in den Wiener Semesterferien) in der Früh schon mal stauen kann, v.a. wenn man in der Früh zum Skikurs zur Bergstation muss - aber das kommt ja in anderen Skigebieten auch hier und da vor :-)

Der Vermieter ist auch total nett und zuverlässig !

Wir kommen gerne wieder !

PS: Man kann zwar das Bad im Ferienparkkomplex benutzen, ist aber imho eher teuer - Badsachen kann also man eher zuhause lassen :-)

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus.

Wir waren im Jänner 2010 mit unserer Familien (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) zu Gast im Ferienhaus Matz.

Von der Buchung (sehr freundlicher Vermieter) bis zur Betreuung vor Ort hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, geflegt und mit liebevollen Details versehen.

Zu unserer Reisezeit war die ganze Anlage verschneit, zwischen den Häusern ausreichend Platz zum Schneemann bauen, Bob fahren (ziehen) u.s.w.

Hallenbad und Restaurant in der Nähe des Hauses(ca.200m).

Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen im nächsten Jahr sicher wieder.

Erste Klasse

Wir haben mit 4 Erw. und 4 Kinder Urlaub über Weihnachten in diesem Ferienhaus gemacht. Der Vermieter hat sogar extra einen Weihnachtsbaum aufstellen lassen(wir waren total überrascht).Wir waren von dem Haus und der Ausstattung wirklich begeistert. Es ist alles so, wie es beschrieben ist. Einfach klasse. Für 4 Erw. und 4 Kinder ist genügend Platz und auch genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Zur Gondel sind es ca. 7 Min. zu laufen.

Schon das zweite Mal...

Ich fand das Haus hervorragend. Wir waren da zwei Familien mit 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder schon das zweite Mal in diesem Haus.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es sehr viel Platz für die Kinder zu spielen, zum Kochen/Essen, Fernsehen usw.

Das ganze Haus is sehr gemütlich eingerichtet als wenn man in dem eigenen Haus wohnen würde.

St. Lorenzen, approx. 8 minutes by car from the historic town of Murau, is at the foot of the Kreischberg, the centre of local winter sports. In summer there’s lots to do in this region for every age group and interest. Near to the village there’s golf, riding, walking, bathing and fishing. And there are lots of museums, swimming pools and other leisure facilities that are easy to get to by car or local trains (station near house). The lovely countryside and pleasant climate of Steiermark (200 days of sunshine per year) will guarantee a wonderful holiday.

Golf: St. Lorenzen has a wonderful new golf course constructed in 2006. From summer 2007 all 18 holes can be played among a stunning scenery.

Ski: Kreischberg is a good, snow-safe resort for all ages. Kreischberg was host to the Snowboard world championship in 2003 and has wonderful pistes and locations for Alpine skiers. Kreischberg valley station is only 400 m from the house, easy to get to on foot. Even in the bad season of 2006/7, when there was hardly any snow, we still had fantastic conditions here during the whole season.
