The stack back door opens to the lanai for viewing the flat screen while enjoying the outside. There is a second t v on the lanai for enjoyment while in the pool area. The entire back half of this home opens with wide stack back doors to the oversized lanai and salt water pool. There are four separate seating arrangements on this expanded lanai for your day and evening enjoyment. The home is professionally manicured and serviced to keep this property a show case! Extensive lighting around the home enhances the evening along with the color rotating lights in the pool for added atmosphere. The pool is an expansive pool of 15'x28' salt water heated pool with depths from 3 1/2 feet to 8 1/2 feet faces south for sunshine all day long. The sun rises on the east side of the lanai and gives fantastic sun rises and sun sets to the west side of the lanai. Fishing from the dock or watching the manatees or dolphins play in the canal are a daily attraction. Come make this your next vacation home!

Had The best time at the house. We watched Flipper and his friends play at the dock.

We truly and thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay at your beautiful home in Cape Coral. The photos and details offered by VRBO certainly do not do justice to the property, although nothing really could. It is beautiful, clean, perfectly located, and just plain comfortable. The lanai is the true living space that is what we used the most, the pool was perfect in all respects, (I swam several times every day, as did the rest of our party), and the location related to the canal system is unique. I fished off the dock/patio every day and caught fish every day! I caught everything from sting rays to trout (& even a small lizard fish). We will certainly be back again and we truly look forward to doing so! Thank you very much for making us feel welcome (& the bottle of wine was a sweet touch as well). Excellent home in a beautiful quiet residential area near a walking park for children and dogs as well as adults! Everything we needed or wanted was in this home with a screened-in lanai with ample space for all and big televisions properly placed. The dock was perfect for sunning and watching the dolphins, sting rays or giant tile fish or just saying "hello" to the boaters or kayakers going by on the canal. This is an exceptional home with comfort and style near many great restaurants, sights and plenty of shopping centers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to rent again in the future!!!!
My wife and I searched hundreds of rental properties through the HomeAway web site and we finally decided to book property 502133 as it met our criteria and were not disappointed.
The villa is located in the perfect position on the waterways leading to the Gulf of Mexico with its spectacular views out to sea.We were lucky enough to see Dolphins chasing fish up the canal just below the boat dock.
The large pool is south facing and enjoys full sunlight from morning to night and there is plenty of space under the lanai to sit in the shade if you want a rest from the sun. The deck space around the pool is remarkably large and is well equipped with tables, chairs and loungers.
We found the villa to be spotlessly clean when we arrived with modern furniture, and was extremely well equipped with all the appliances, crockery and cutlery we needed for our three week stay.
Keli the home owner was very helpful and keen to make our stay as relaxing and event free as possible, and her maintenance manager Pal came out to greet us and give us some good tips on where to eat etc. We tried all the restaurants suggested by Keli and Pal, we also tried a traditional Fish and Chip Restaurant called Pete's Fish & Chips recommended by the pool guy. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday but Pete works on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and is originally from Manchester. We spent a lot of time chatting to him and trying his fish & chips which are the best we have tasted in the US (and for that matter in the UK). The restaurant can be found by doing a search on the internet.
We have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will definitely return when we visit Cape Coral in the future.

An older style property from the outside with a modern and beautiful decorated villa inside.
Comfortable bedrooms and nice clean bathrooms, slightly small but well equipped kitchen which looks out over a large outdoor living area which is where we spent most of our time. Views of the river, wide canal, large pool, so many different areas to sit/lay and relax with comfortable chairs a TV on the lanai.
Fished from the dock and although we bought our own rods there's some in the garage.
A bucket of bug spray/fogger, insect spray which is a nice touch for those just arrived to scare off the no see ums!
There's a huge TV in the lounge with extremely comfortable reclining/rocking sofas.
3 areas to eat inside.
A very relaxing and comfortable seating area to the front of the house.
Laundry facilities available plenty of towels.
The property manager Pal is lovely and helpful.
There's a picture hanging by the pool with house rules which says relax relax relax and that's exactly what we did!
We have stayed in quite a few villas now in Cape Coral and this has been my favourite.
A couple of drawbacks, no house phone for local calls ( and international calls using a phone card) which makes it very expensive for guests from UK to use their cell phones. You are asked to call the housekeeper on arrival but no phone to do it. However a couple of emails using the house wifi to villa manager (fast and no problems) and Pal came over and we set up a Whatsapp chat. First house in many without a phone.
And almost too silly to mention but no laundry hanger for the lanai to hang wet swimsuits/towels/non dryer items although I found hanging areas in the garage which did the job !
Overall a wonderful stay here and the booking process was easy with good communication from the home owner who I would like to thank for sharing their wonderful home with us.
This amazing property in Cape Coral is outstanding and was exactly as per the photos. We all really enjoyed our time there. It is spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped in a delightful setting overlooking the canal with the estuary to the rear. The Lanai provided us with an exceptionally spacious relaxing area around the pool, with different seating areas in which we enjoyed barbies and numerous meals. The bedrooms layout suited us well for two couples, as the bedrooms were set at either side of the property. The air con was a welcome essential in the heat. The two bathrooms (one en-suite) were modern and well maintained. All home from home appliances such as large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large oven, and washer and dryer were provided the latter being in the useful utility area.
The area was ideal for touring around and the roads are easy to navigate to destinations around the area such as Venice, Naples, Fort Myers, Sannibel islands, and the Everglades. Eating out was a pleasure and we had some lovely meals out. There are Publix supermarkets nearby.
One of the main delights for us was the Dolphins, who visited most days.
All in all we would highly recommend this property, its location and the area of Cape Coral.

My wife and I have been renting if Cape Coral for a few years now and when coming back this would be the house we would look to first. This house became our home in a matter of minutes, it has everything you would want when renting, starting with an amazing view from anywhere in the backyard and very stylish and comfortable furniture throughout. We stayed for a little over 2 weeks and got to see a manatee, stingray and dolphins on a regular basis, just something that you don't see everyday. We would just like to thank Keli and Dave for providing such a beautiful and comfortable home for us to stay at while visiting Cape Coral, hope to take advantage of this property again.
Saturday Farmers Market downtown Cape, 3 waterfront city parks, Captiva and Sanibel Island, Dog Races, Sun Splash,6 Mile Cypress Slough, Caloosahatchee River Reserve, the Ford Edison winter estates. A short drive to the Everglades, Key west Express, gambling boat. Spring training for the Red Socks and Minnesota Twins along with the Barbra B. Man Performing Arts. Disney World is a 3 hour drive and Sea World makes a perfect day trip to Miami.

Deposit is forfeited if you cancel 90 days or less prior to your arrival date.
