Beautiful Villa in a perfect location for views boating and fishing

  • 5 of 5

An older style property from the outside with a modern and beautiful decorated villa inside.

Comfortable bedrooms and nice clean bathrooms, slightly small but well equipped kitchen which looks out over a large outdoor living area which is where we spent most of our time. Views of the river, wide canal, large pool, so many different areas to sit/lay and relax with comfortable chairs a TV on the lanai.

Fished from the dock and although we bought our own rods there's some in the garage.

A bucket of bug spray/fogger, insect spray which is a nice touch for those just arrived to scare off the no see ums!

There's a huge TV in the lounge with extremely comfortable reclining/rocking sofas.

3 areas to eat inside.

A very relaxing and comfortable seating area to the front of the house.

Laundry facilities available plenty of towels.

The property manager Pal is lovely and helpful.

There's a picture hanging by the pool with house rules which says relax relax relax and that's exactly what we did!

We have stayed in quite a few villas now in Cape Coral and this has been my favourite.

A couple of drawbacks, no house phone for local calls ( and international calls using a phone card) which makes it very expensive for guests from UK to use their cell phones. You are asked to call the housekeeper on arrival but no phone to do it. However a couple of emails using the house wifi to villa manager (fast and no problems) and Pal came over and we set up a Whatsapp chat. First house in many without a phone.

And almost too silly to mention but no laundry hanger for the lanai to hang wet swimsuits/towels/non dryer items although I found hanging areas in the garage which did the job !

Overall a wonderful stay here and the booking process was easy with good communication from the home owner who I would like to thank for sharing their wonderful home with us.

Stunning Holiday Property

  • 5 of 5

This amazing property in Cape Coral is outstanding and was exactly as per the photos. We all really enjoyed our time there. It is spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped in a delightful setting overlooking the canal with the estuary to the rear. The Lanai provided us with an exceptionally spacious relaxing area around the pool, with different seating areas in which we enjoyed barbies and numerous meals. The bedrooms layout suited us well for two couples, as the bedrooms were set at either side of the property. The air con was a welcome essential in the heat. The two bathrooms (one en-suite) were modern and well maintained. All home from home appliances such as large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large oven, and washer and dryer were provided the latter being in the useful utility area.

The area was ideal for touring around and the roads are easy to navigate to destinations around the area such as Venice, Naples, Fort Myers, Sannibel islands, and the Everglades. Eating out was a pleasure and we had some lovely meals out. There are Publix supermarkets nearby.

One of the main delights for us was the Dolphins, who visited most days.

All in all we would highly recommend this property, its location and the area of Cape Coral.

Stay 6th June 2016 for two weeks.

502133 Cape Coral

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I have been renting if Cape Coral for a few years now and when coming back this would be the house we would look to first. This house became our home in a matter of minutes, it has everything you would want when renting, starting with an amazing view from anywhere in the backyard and very stylish and comfortable furniture throughout. We stayed for a little over 2 weeks and got to see a manatee, stingray and dolphins on a regular basis, just something that you don't see everyday. We would just like to thank Keli and Dave for providing such a beautiful and comfortable home for us to stay at while visiting Cape Coral, hope to take advantage of this property again.

Thank you Keli and Dave for a wonderful experience in your homne. What a beautiful view of the river, the dock exposure is absolutely breathtaking. We were entertained by dolphins

right at the dock, It almost seemed Keli staged the dolphin show perfectly.

We were close to shops eateries and a wonderful resort that we ate at, that was spectacular

Superb House, highly recommended

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I have just returned from 2 fantastic weeks at this fabulous house. We had some concerns during the booking process when the previous owners told us they had sold the house to Keli and Dave, but they both did their damnedest to reassure me that all would be ok for our trip, and they were absolutely right. The house is better in reality than the pictures and rather than repeat what the house consists of, which is clear for anyone to see from the photos and the descriptions, I will just highlight some of the features that we enjoyed the most and which perhaps you only appreciate when you actually stay there. First up, the main TV is huuuuuge! It must be easily 60 inches plus and is HD with 100's of channels to choose from. Granted a lot of the channels are PPV and you cannot watch the premium movies, but there are still lots of movie channels to choose from and you can record them to the recorder and watch at your leisure when you return from a meal at any of the numerous restaurants. There are 2 more TV's, one in the bedroom and one outside on which I watched the US Open from the pool, bliss! If you want to watch TV indoors, the settee is an electric recliner and I fell asleep on it more than once! Speaking of the pool, this is large for a private house and was clean and warm. One thing I forgot to mention to Keli, the pool lighting was a bit inconsistent and sometimes switched off of its own accord. The view from the pool is fabulous and I loved lying on the lilo (2 provided) and floating around while looking down the canal or out to the river. The same view is available from the house also and we saw several dolphins in the canal at the end of the garden. There was a slight miscommunication at the beginning when the property manager failed to contact us prior to us setting off from Key West, but this was resolved with one phone call to Keli and when we met with Pal the property manager he was friendly and helpful and even popped in halfway through the holiday to check all was OK, which it most certainly was. If staying for 2 weeks there are numerous restaurants within Cape Coral but the house location is perfect for a quick trip over the bridge to Fort Myers (15 mins) where there is far more choice and we did that on roughly half of our days there. Its also only 40 minutes to an Outlet Mall and 25 minutes to a decent shopping arcade, as my credit card will testify! Thank you to Keli and Dave and I can't wait to return soon.
