We choose this property because it is so close to the lift and in town. We always travel with a group of friends or family and it is always difficult to coordinate transportation. With this home, this is no longer a problem.

Great location and well-maintained rental!

Condo is very centrally located and all appliances, fixtures etc are in good working order. Open concept living room/kitchen is ideal for hangout out, games, and watching TV comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

Great

We enjoyed staying at this rental. It was walking distances to all the restaurants and shops in downtown. Close to the lift, but a little farther then we thought. Directions on how to get to the lift would be helpfully. The heated garage was great to leave all our ski stuff. Our 18 year boys loved it. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Nice and super convenient.

We had a great time at this condo. Furnishings were in great shape. Space was open and roomy. Condo was very clean. Owners were easy to contact via text about a couple small questions.

Each Bedroom has its own private bathroom. As a caution if you truly need to sleep 10, anyone on the fold out couch will need to use a bathroom inside one of the other bedrooms. Not a big inconvenience but could make it interesting with 3 couples and kids. Parking is limited (one in the garage and one in front of the garage). Again, not a big deal but just know you will have to park somewhere else if you have 3 vehicles.

Kids loved the bunk beds and board games. Kitchen is well supplied. Hot Tub on the patio in the middle of a snow storm is hard to beat! Less than 5 minute walk to lifts, shopping or multiple restaurants make this a great location.

Overall a great stay and i'm sure we will look at staying here again.

Best Thanksgiving Ever

OMG!!! Everything exceeded our wildest expectation. From the second we walked in it immediately felt like home. We had the best family vacation and Thanksgiving ever and hope to stay here again. Location was perfect! Definitely would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Summit County. Absolutely perfect.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 (4 teenagers!). It is spacious, super clean, and felt just like home with a large living/dining/kitchen area with room for all. The hot tub was one of the best with multiple, powerful jets for our tired bodies after a day of hiking, whitewater rafting or just walking town. Breckenridge was positively quant with a view you can't beat. The house is just a quick walk to the main strip of town so our kids could easily head over on their own. Absolutely no complaints on this one....well stocked kitchen, very quick responses during all correspondence with the owner as well as informative tips both by email and in a binder on the counter, a great blend of adventure activities and relaxation. Wish we were still there!

The property was very comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room and having 3 bath rooms was great. The location of one block from the main street of town was an added bonus! We will definitely stay there again!
