This townhome is just across the street from Quicksilver Lift and is located in beautiful downtown Breckenridge, where you'll find great shopping and fabulous restaurants. Your group will have the freedom to quickly get to almost everything there is to enjoy in Breckenridge without the worry of coordinating transportation. This home is also located on the town bus route.

Everything and more.

We loved this condo, super roomy for our party of 7. It is stocked just like our own house, including towels near the hot tub..... which we used all 4 nights we were there. We especially enjoyed walking both to the slopes in the morning and the restaurants in the evening, great location! The owner was quick and easy to communicate with. This was probably our favorite VRBO rental ever.

Great Winter Vacation

Fantastic location, walk everywhere. Big fully stocked kitchen great for family meals. Breckenridge a beautiful town and resort. We'll be back!

Excellent experience. Exactly as pictured and described. Would definitely book again!!

The rental is very well kept and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect and very convenient. We stayed for 3 nights. We just parked our car at the condo and walked everywhere. The ski lift, ski rental, and town were less than 5 minutes walk away. We were even able to walk to the market! Hot tub works perfectly. We did not use the grill, but it is there for use. Every room comes with a TV. Some classic board games are located behind the sofa. There's also poker chips and cards. There were 8 of us, and we fit comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchen essentials. The television in the living room has a Roku box with all the major apps for your viewing. We did not turn on the televisions in the secondary rooms, but we'd imagine they are working fine as well. The condo includes 2 community pool cards at the entry way, which you should definitely not lose since there's a replacement fee of 100 USD each. The place was very clean, with ample supply of towels and even toiletries. There are no toothpaste and toothbrush though (as expected), so make sure you bring your own. Jessica, the owner, responded very quickly to any inquiries we had. We had a problem with the WiFi, and she helped us figure it out right away. Exceptional responsiveness. Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely book again in the future if we find ourselves in Breckenridge again.

Very clean and in a perfect location

This condo is such a perfect location! Right next to the bus stop and a short walk to shops downtown. The whole house was spotless from top to bottom and had everything we needed for a full Thnksgiving dinner. Our stay as perfect!

Lovely condo in a great location!

We enjoyed our nine day family vacation in this spacious, well appointed condo in Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street. We had everything we needed, including tea and hot chocolate and a six person hot tub, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was plenty of room for five adults and two children. We were especially impressed with Jessica, the owner, who responded quickly to any requests we had. It was a memorable vacation in beautiful Breckenridge and we would definitely return to this lovely condo.
