This townhome is just across the street from Quicksilver Lift and is located in beautiful downtown Breckenridge, where you'll find great shopping and fabulous restaurants. Your group will have the freedom to quickly get to almost everything there is to enjoy in Breckenridge without the worry of coordinating transportation. This home is also located on the town bus route.

Location, Location, Location!!!

We recently returned from a 4 day / 3 night stay, and can't compliment the property enough!!! The location was second to none, as we walked to the Quicksilver lift each morning in less than 5 minutes, and then to Main Street each night in even less time. The unit itself was very well kept inside and out. There were plenty of towels, the fireplace was awesome, and the kitchen was very well stocked too. The garage was an excellent place to store our ski gear. Overall, we couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay, and will look to stay here again in the future!!!

Comfy space for a family

Our family of four had lots of room to spread out, and we enjoyed the layout of this comfy condo. Frankly, it was more space than we needed, but it was a welcome change from being in a cramped hotel room, and the price was reasonable given its proximity to the Quicksilver lift. The location was especially convenient for the ski school that our kids went to every day. After a full day of skiing, we ended up cooking in and relaxing at the condo (including a nightly soak in the hot tub) vs. going into town for meals, but town was very close. We loaded up at the Whole Foods is Frisco to save some $$, and I liked cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Ski equipment was easy to store in the garage. Good communication from the owner throughout. I would stay here again for sure.

Great location and comfortable home

We stayed 4 nights: 2 parents, 2 grandparents and 2 children (ages 3 years and 6 months). Townhouse was in a great location, allowing the parents to ski with the 3 year old until he got tired, we could walk across the road to pick him up a the Quicksilver lift and walk home for a nap! Easy walk to main street every day for lunch and/or dinner; grocery/liquor store and Chase Park sliding hill all walkable (2 sleds in garage). I wanted a gas fireplace and hot tub that the 4 adults could enjoy after the kids went to bed - perfect. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Great ski trip with friends!

Trying to find an affordable place that can hold 10 (picky) people for a ski trip is not easy! This townhome was just perfect. It is located within a 5 minute walking distance to the Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift (even doable with ski boots on) and within a 5 minute walking distance to Main St. and all the quaint downtown shops. The townhome was very clean, cozy, and had many kitchen items which was great for meals at home. Hands down, the best feature is the private hot tub on the upper deck. After a long day on the slopes, nothing is more relaxing than hopping in the warm water. This home has 2 parking spaces (one in the garage and one out) which is nice. Additional parking is located at the local ice rink for only $5 per day per car (and the free bus can take you there/back from the house quickly). I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area; we all loved it!

Such a great choice!

I spends a lot of time looking for the perfect place for our family to reunite for a week. The place was so clean and it had everything we needed! The hot tub was big and spacious and the rooms were perfect. My husband and I slept so great in the master bed - so comfortable. We had a one and three yr old and a newborn too - they had so much fun. There's a pack n play, high chair, and stroller too. It was also located close to the crepes and Starbucks and the childrens museum. If your thinking about it - def choose this place!!!

spring break with family

the condo was great. the walk to the life was not bad at all since we rented our skis and boots at Christy next to the lift and could leave our boats and skies their over night.

hot tub was great too and the new gas grill.
