Check out our total remodel on this beautiful 4 bedroom,4 bath townhouse.All new hickory cabinets, appliances, hardwood floors, tile, etc. You will love the mountain lodge decor, and all the extras that you get when you rent from the owner. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, condiments in the frig, and all the kitchen gadgets and small appliances you could possible want. We have quality dishes, pots/pans, baking dishes, crock pot, griddle.......you name it. This is our second home and we have furnished it with everything we need. You will feel the comfort of a home, not a hotel.
Our clubhouse offers 2 pools (one heated, and open all winter!), 1 kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs.
With Tanger Outlet Mall just a couple of miles North, and Downtown Park City a couple of miles south, we know you will agree that this is the best location in town. We are also just minutes away from THE CANYONS, PARK CITY AND DEER VALLEY SKI RESORTS! The city bus stops just a few yards from our door making your transportation needs even more convenient.
We are sure you will find this spacious condominium to have all the luxury of home. TVs in every bedroom...TV, DVD games, movies, and music provided for your enjoyment with surround sound in the living room.
The four beautifully furnished bedroom suites are all updated with new linens, spreads, pillows, and accessories. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with a queen and twin. The master is privately located upstairs with a king size bed and brand new walk in shower. The middle floor has a small bunk room with a twin over double set of bunk beds and a small dresser drawers. The three large bedrooms have TV's and all bedrooms have private baths.
For our SUMMER VISITORS, you will have a short walk to the clubhouse to enjoy the large outdoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and picnic area. The hot-tub and sauna are available for guests year around. For a fee, the clubhouse also offers a private room...great for meetings and parties!
For the comfort of all our guests, this is a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS facility.

We have a wonderful family vacation. The place is centrally located to winter activities; great views of the mountains; beautiful condo. The owners had all the amenities needed in the house - kitchen well equipped with cooking utensils, games and great TV system. Nice furniture, clean linens, comfortable setting, very homey.
Great group of condos for a large group
Our ski club from Lincoln, CA enjoyed a great week in Park City in early March, 2017. We had four condos for 33 senior adults from our club. Each of the condos were owned and managed by the Thompsons, who were outstanding in representing the properties, responding very quickly and satisfactorily to any of the minor issues that you experience with any rental. Jean Ann took very good care of us. The units had excellent kitchens and were conducive to social activities, and others. The units were found as advertised plus many of the finer touches that are not often found in a rental. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great being one block from the free Park City shuttle system.
Two Are Better Than One
I was planning a ski trip for the last week of the year. We had 19 people in our group. Trying to find an affordable home near the slopes that would "comfortably" fit our group was impossible....nothing available unless we wanted to fork over 15k+. So, we rented this unit and 8833, owned by the same owner. Jean, the owner was great....very helpful and attentive. Both units are 20 feet from each other. Having two separate townhomes gave us extra (and separate) space and TWO kitchens....huge bonus that I didn't think of initially. The houses are well maintained and well stocked with extra little things like aluminum foil, spices etc. The community has a huge HEATED pool and hot tubs that we used. You could walk to the nearby Cabriolet but we always had one of the nonskiers in our group drop us off. I love the snow in Utah....stays dry all day and doesn't get mushy in the afternoon sun. Take my word and all the others....you will enjoy this place and if you have a huge group rent a couple extra places from the owner.....the format works really well.
The Perfect Place to Stay
Everything about our experience with this townhouse and the Thompsons exceeded our expectations. Communications with Jean Ann were clear, concise and continuous. She even checked in on us during our stay to see how things were going. The details and pictures of the townhouse were surpassed by the actual condition of this unit. It was perfect for our group of four skiiers, and extremely well-stocked and appointed to make things convenient and easy. The kitchen, den, bedrooms, deck and parking were all very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Proximity to Canyons and Park City skiing was close and very convenient. Jean Ann's recommendation to use 'Skis on the Run' http://www.skisontherun.com/ski-rentals-delivery/the-canyons-utah for our ski rental was amazing...Cody came to our unit, sized and fitted everyone, delivered everything, then picked it all up at the end of our trip. The skiing was great, but another highlight of our trip was our snow mobile trip. It was the second year I've used Thousand Peaks, and they definitely delivered. Trent was our guide, and he was superb...WOW! Thanks again Thompsons for providing us with the perfect place to spend our week in Park City. We will definitely book this same unit again next year.
One of the best condos ever!
We rented three condos, all from the Thompsons, and they were awesome (the Thompsons and the condos :-). We have been staying at Park City every summer for over 25 years and these condos were, by far, the best stocked of any we’ve ever rented. They included extras like blankets and throws, family games, and spices in all the kitchens. They have done an exceptional job at decorating. Each condo was unique. The pools were great for all ages. The owners were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay there again!

***Only Saturday to Saturday reservations will be made for the month of February. Minimum 7 nights/February January and March reservations are a minimum of 5 nights and must fall between two Saturdays. An example would be Saturday to Thursday, Sunday to Friday or Monday to Saturday.
