The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and accommodating.
The location is great. We were within walking distance of coffee shops. And yet, the area was quiet. We had a great view of the ocean out our front balcony...and a beautiful view of the canal out the back balcony. We highly recommend this property.
The owner is very easy to work with. We will definitely use his properties for future vacations in this area.
Can't wait to go back!
We loved our stay here! Tom was so accommodating. We planned a family vacation for a few weeks before our wedding to celebrate and Justin ended up tying in his bachelor party with the trip. Throughout our time there, we were texting with Tom asking for good places to eat, things to see and just general questions. He also took us out on his boat for some dolphin searching. Each time we got the dolphins in our wake, Tom was just as excited as we were. You can tell he truly loves his job and enjoys showing visitors a good time. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. With Justin's business, he is on call 24/7 so when on vacation we like to just truly relax and this condo allowed that! We never had a shortage of pool chairs, it was quiet and the more permanent tenants were very personable. We will definitely be back soon to visit Tom and his units. It was the perfect vacation for some wedding planning relief! Thanks Tom!
Awesome vacation and great condo.
We stayed here for spring break with two adults and four teenagers. We all had a great time. The condo has everything you need! Great ocean views and really awesome beach. Location is close to everything. Be sure to do the boat trip with Tom, we had such a great time going to the islands and chasing dolphins.
Loved it! Tom is so accommodating.
A beautiful place to stay!! Loved our time there!!
Overall one of our nicest condo for our family! Very clean, convenient location. Owner was wonderful to work with. We would definitely come back.
Wonderful trip to the beach
We stayed here at the end of February and had a fabulous time. We loved sitting out on the balcony, and with three of them we could choose depending on which way the wind was blowing. The location is really great for beach walking and dining out. There are some great restaurants within a couple of miles of the condo. Salt Rock early bird special was our fav! Take your camera to the beach for spectacular bird photos. Our favorite part of the trip was going to 3 Rooker Island with Tom. We played with dolphins, hunted for seashells and got some great rays! I highly recommend!
