About this property

1200 sq ft cottage located downtown in quiet residential area in historic Railroad District . 2 blocks to Shakespeare Festival and 92 acre Lithia park with walking, hiking ,playground and year round Ashland creek. One block to shopping, dining and Varsity movie theater. Walking distance to Southern Oregon University . Our cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with double sink. One bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen fully equipped. Washer/Dryer, wireless internet, 2TVs one with built in DVD, Apple TV with Netflix.
Outside area is a beautiful large private courtyard with tables, chairs, propane fire-pit with comfortable seating , a propane barbecue and a private hot tub spa just for your use. Access to 2nd street through front courtyard gate entrance.
Private off street parking with easy access to back entrance of cottage. Park your car and leave it, easy walking to downtown ,theaters and grocery stores. Electric outlet in guest parking area. Free EV charging station in City of Ashland public parking lot one block away. City bus stop across street serves Medford, Jacksonville areas.
Our property has only one rental. Owner occupies the top floor apartment. Owners have own private outdoor spaces so your outdoor area is never shared.

Stacy is very accommodating, incredibly kind and flexible.

Our travel plans changed last minute and Stacy was the best about everything! We love Ashland and we will be back in the future.

Fabulous cottage

Stacy’s cottage was just lovely, and so well located. Kitchen well equipped. Little gas fireplace so nice on cool nights. She even provided us with cushions to take to the theater.

Perfect in Every Way

We really enjoyed staying at Stacy's 2nd Street Cottage. It was close to the plays, grocery shopping, the center of town, and the main road to the freeway. The cottage had everything we needed including a lovely area for outside eating.

We have been owners since 2005. We truly enjoy living downtown Ashland so close to theaters, Lithia Park and all the downtown activities.

Why they chose this property

The best location in town quiet and easy stroll to town ,theaters, Lithia Park and University. Great off street parking. Beautiful private courtyard with comfy seating. Spacious comfortable one level 1200 sq ft home. Only one rental on property, owners have own private outdoor areas so yours is never shared. City bus stop across street that offers service to Medford, Jacksonville area.

What makes this property unique

Large private outdoor courtyard fully furnished for dining or just relaxing by outdoor fountain or hot tub . Favorite activity for most of our guests on a cool evening is sitting on sofas around firepit enjoying a glass of wine or favorite drink.
Electric outlet in guest parking area . City of Ashland has free EV Charging in public lot one block away
Location is everything!. Once you are here park and walk. Multiple tour companies will take you wine tasting or rafting
