The hospitality and friendliness of the Dominican people is unbeatable. This resort's VIP treatment makes you feel like a celebrity. We have done a lot of vacationing, but nowhere have we lived like royalty for a week at such a value. The weather is 75-85 degrees year round. These are the nicest accommodations along this stretch of the beach and the amenities are unmatched.

My friends and I stayed for 4 days 3 nights and from the time we walked in to the time we left the staffed treated us so wonderful! The food were good the drinks were good! The suite was beautiful! It was my birthday so the staff brought me out cake with sparklers! Everything was amazing and this by far was the best birth I've ever had! Will def be returning !!
Thanks again !!
Our 5 day stay at Presidential Suites was the perfect get a away. We have three college aged children who, along with my husband and I were looking for relaxation, not necessarily a "spring break crazy" style trip. The resort is very small, which was perfect. The staff was exceptional, professional and fun! There were activities during the day and also at night, just enough to be enjoyable and not over the top. The food at both the buffet and small restaurants was very good. I am a vegetarian and one daughter is gluten free and we had no problem finding delicious choices at each meal. The beach area is awesome with the large cabanas and there is a sunny and shady side, which is perfect in the heat of the afternoon.
All around enjoyable place to be!
We loved our week in Punta Cana at the Presidential Suites! Our 2 bedroom was very nice, although we didn't spend much time there. All day, every day at the beach. The water and the sand were amazing. The cabanas on the beach were so luxurious! Also loved the giant beach bean bags--we just dragged them around to find the sun. A plus for us was that this is NOT a huge hotel...which we really liked. Service was great--we had no complaints and in fact thought it was above standard. Location is good---not far out of town like some places we've been in the DR. Easy to walk up the beach for shopping or food if you don't want to eat in the restaurants on resort property. We will probably be back next year!
My family spent 6 days here. This resort was the perfect fit for our family. It is a smaller all inclusive which is what we desired. The staff here is exceptional. Some of the friendliest people we have ever met. The beach was fantastic. Our room was clean and always restocked with drinks and water. We had plenty of space and found the grounds very welcoming and beautiful. The entertainment staff had a blast with our kids, and our kids in turn had so much fun learning dances and speaking Spanish! The kids loved the food, we thought the food was pretty good. All and all, we found this vacation to be relaxing and fun and would do it again without hesitation!
I am a graduate student and went on spring break with my friends at this resort. It was soo beautiful!! Reed and Lisa were so nice and very responsive leading up to the trip and everything ran smoothly from there! The shuttles were waiting for us upon arrival and very professional and nice. The resort was breathtaking and the food was awesome. The ONLY problem I had with the stay was that IT WASN'T LONG ENOUGH!! We even had our own cabanas on the beach and were truly taken care of. The room was perfect space as I was in a group of six young women with a lot of suitcases!! I wish I could give this experience 10/10. I hope to come back really soon!!
My husband and I shared a 2 bedroom unit with his sister and her husband. The accommodations were very nice and clean; the food was very good in the buffet, Basil and Tomatoes, and Kimonos; the drinks were also very good (be sure to try a Sammy Sosa); the beach was beautiful and a great place for a morning or afternoon walk (just beware there are several souvenir salesmen if you head north on the beach). The best part of our stay, though, was meeting so many of the staff! On the entertainment staff, Felix and Edgar are the best! They made us feel like family, as did several of the restaurant and bar staff. The only thing that fell short of fantastic was the limited number of lounge beds at the beach. None of us wanted to get up early to secure one. Usually there were open lounges by the pool, though. Overall, this is a fantastic resort! Thank you to Reed and Lisa for their prompt responses and coordination of our vacation!
