Palm Desert Resort and Country Club is a 24 hour guard gated and security patrolled community in east Palm Desert. Very quiet and secure. Great full time next door neighbors.
The "Resorter" as is commonly referred to, features an 18 Hole Par 72 Championship Golf Course suitable for all levels of play with views of mountains and lakes and reasonable rates.
The 40,000 sf Clubhouse features a full restaurant, bar and patio seating with spectacular mountain and course views, and a well equipped Pro Shop. The driving range, putting green and chipping area located adjacent to the clubhouse .
The Tennis complex features 14 Tennis Courts, some with lighting for night play. Guest memberships are available.
There are 22 community swimming pools with spas with in resort complex.
Centrally located in Palm Desert. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants, grocery stores, theatre, casinos, College of the Desert Market and Outlet malls. Don't forget shopping and dining on the famous El Paseo Drive. There are also many hiking trails for the outdoor adventurers.
It's an easy 7 or 8 minute drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Facilities.

Originally from the Seattle area I've owned this home since 2006. It was managed by a rental agency until the 2013 season when I retired and relocated to southern California settling in Santa Barbara. With more spare time on my hands and living so much closer I now manage it myself.

This home offers a west/southwest patio exposure and is very clean, quiet and well appointed. Large attached 2 car garage provides plenty of inside parking space and added security. Easy walking distance to the clubhouse.
We had a very nice 30-day stay in the condo. It was completely furnished and in a good location, on the golf course, and near a pool. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The golf course and driving range were very close and convenient. The condo is also very conveniently located to nearby shopping and activities. Neighbors were very nice.
James was wonderful to deal with. Unit neat and clean upon our arrival. Great location in complex just across road from the pool. Some upgrading has been done which was nice. Unit well stocked with kitchen items and all necessary cleaning products. James will be providing new towels and floor mats which will be nice. The complex itself does not have a gym or any pickleball courts which we would have liked as hard to get on the municipal courts across the street. Golf course on property in need of a little TLC. Overall a positive experience and would book again. Having said that we would be looking for some more amenities in the complex we book in the future. Thanks James.
I am a regular extended stay visitor to the Palm Desert area. As a result I have stayed at a number of different rental properties over the past several years. Some experiences were good and some not so good. This property definitely fits into the good category. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. And above all else everything worked as expected. No problems were experienced with any appliance, internet connection, tv, ac/heating, etc. The unit is well appointed and completely uncluttered. The garage space is large and clean. Located within the Palm Desert Country Club Resort the neighborhood is quite and secure. The Resort offers an 18 hole golf course, tennis and an excellent restaurant. All conveniently located to the unit. Shopping Centers, additional restaurants, and golfing possibilities are within short distance of the Resort location. Jim, the unit owner met me on arrival, gave me a quick walk thru and provided contact instruction should an emergency arise (none did). Jim has good customer service skills and takes pride in his unit. I would definitely rent this property again and would not hesitate recommending it to family and friends.
Condo was clean and well equipped. Kitchen had everything you would need. Jim was very pleasant to deal with, available to answer any questions. Having the garage was a definite plus and as was the location. Could use new bed linens and towels.
We we really enjoyed our Month at Jim's Condo, it was very comfortable and clean, we would definitely return. Jim was a pleasure to deal with.

Some amenities include several community pools and jacuzzis, 18 hole golf course, driving range, clubhouse with full dining facilities and tennis courts. It is a public golf course and tee time's are available.
Nearby are several casinos, museums, the Living Desert and El Paseo which has great restaurants and shops. If you are an adventurist, there is hiking, bicycling and off-road options.

Refunds on cancellations less than 60 days of arrival are dependent on a replacement renter being booked. If able to re-book, but at a lower rate, owner will refund the amount the unit was re-booked at. No refunds of cancellations less than 30 days of arrival (damage deposit and cleaning fee refunded). Travel insurance is available during the booking process and is highly recommended.
$300 refundable Security/Damage deposit required in addition to rent.
