The Enclave in Orange Beach is one of the nicest lower density Condo complexes on the Alabama Gulf Coast with less than 70 units ensuring the beaches and pools won't be over crowded. Having an Excellent Family Oriented Reputation, it is situated right on the sugar white beach, with gorgeous views of the Gulf Ocean. Our 2nd floor home-away-from-home is new to the rental market in October 2013, and is beautifully decorated providing comfortable yet luxurious accommodations.

Numerous great amenities include a beach side outdoor swimming pool with ample sunning area, lighted tennis court, heated indoor swimming pool with restrooms, 2 elevators, covered loading/drop-off lane with plenty of rolling luggage carts, and a barbeque grilling area (just bring your charcoal).

Enjoy the excellent shopping values at the Walmart Market, and Winn Dixie shopping centers conveniently located directly across the street. Find additional shopping, including nail salon, liquor/wine/cigar stores, Dollar General, shipping store, and Dining to include Seafood, Chinese, Italian, & Mexican Restaurants.

Our spacious unit was updated in September 2013. It is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath 1600 square foot unit located on the easily accessible second floor. The unit has tile floors throughout, with carpet in each of the bedrooms, crown molding, 9 foot ceilings, modern appliances, ceiling fans, DVD players, and all new flat panel televisions.

MASTER SUITE

The Master Suite has a pillow top king sized bed, a 36' HDTV Flat Panel TV with VCR/DVD player. There is a sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the beach with beautiful views. The drapery and blinds provide privacy, and will block out the sunlight if desired. The bathroom includes two sinks, a stand up shower, private toilet room, a large Jacuzzi bathtub, and walk-in closet.

GUEST BEDROOM

The Guest Bedroom includes its own king sized bed, dresser, a 32 inch Sony flat panel television with DVD player, a large closet, and ceiling fan. The full-sized bathroom is accessible from the hall or bedroom, and has a stand up shower.

GUEST SUITE AND BATH

The Guest Suite has two double beds along with a dresser, a 32 inch Sony flat screen television with VCR/DVD players. The large third full bathroom is adjacent with a walk-in closet, tub/shower combo.

LIVING AREA

The living area has comfortable seating for 8 with a beautiful queen sleeper sofa along with a matching love seat, a pair of recliners, and 1 leather easy chair, an LG 51 inch Plasma HD Flat Screen, DVD/VCR Player, and HD Cable service. The blackout drapes help keep the early morning sunlight out if desired. The sliding glass door opens up to the balcony overlooking the beach with panoramic views of the ocean. The living area also includes a wet bar and ice-maker that makes gourmet wet-ice for your drinks.

THE BALCONY

The large balcony is so close to the beach that you are practically sitting over the sand, and gives a spectacular 180 degree view of the beach and gulf. There is a table and seating for four to enjoy the views. You children will love the glass balcony that provides excellent visibility for them too.

THE DINING AREA

The large dining area has chairs to seat six adults along with four bar stools for extra seating at the kitchen bar.

THE KITCHEN

The recently updated kitchen is well stocked with diner ware, utensils, glasses, cookware, knives, bowls, etc, to prepare most any meal. The normal kitchen appliances include a stove/oven, blender, toaster, 12 cup coffee brewer, can opener, fryer/steamer, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, and large side by side refrigerator with water & ice in the door.

OTHER AMENITIES

For your convenience there is also a full size HD Washer and Dryer, iron, alarm clocks in all bedrooms, vacuum cleaner, and a broom/dustpan. We furnish starter quantities of bathroom tissues, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, etc.

Easy beach access is provided near the outdoor pool, you will be provided a code required for the security gate to enable your return to the property.

The Enclave provides Free WiFi throughout the property as well as onsite Security. We will provide 2 parking passes during your stay. No motor homes, trailers, boats or RVs allowed in the Enclave parking lot. Extra vehicles of any kind (including RVs/Trailers/boats) can be parked across the street at the shopping center.

Absolutely No smoking. No pets are allowed.

super place to stay

Great place to stay-new appliances, even an ice maker in the wet bar. Clean! Fenced in area for kids to play. Second floor. Best of all Mark and Jeremy work very very hard to keep the place looking good and are extremely pleasant. If you need anything, they will take care of it.

Nice place and convenient location.

We stayed 4 nights and the condo had everything we needed. It is right across the street from grocery stores, restuants, and shops (and a Dairy Queen). Most everything you need within walking distance, but most importantly, right on the beach. The beach is very nice and sand is soft and doesn't get too hot to walk on during the heat of the day. At night we walked the beach and felt very safe. Bring a flashlight if you have kids so you can go looking for crabs at night. We also saw a stingray and sea turtle while out one evening. Definitely need to check out Florabama yacht club when there and plan it as the sun is setting. It was a great trip and plan to return.

Truly, A Very Nice Condominium

This is a very nice condominium. It's large, very clean and well maintained, has a very good HVAC system, is very well stocked with kitchen and dining accessories, and its location on the second floor is perfect for easy access to and from the beach. The location of this condo is terrific. The views from the balcony are truly beautiful and it's location along Orange Beach is really perfect for strolling along the beach or braving the surf, and for shopping and dining out.

Older property but well kept.

Only two complaints. Too much furniture in bedrooms. Not enough room to walk around the bed, especially at the foot of the bed. And parking is stated as included, however if you move your car to go anywhere you risk having to park across the very busy road in the Walmart lot. We did not feel our vehicle was safe parked across the road at Walmart and it would have been a serious issue had our vehicle been damaged because of the parking situation.
