Whether you are traveling for work or pleasure, this rental will more than meet your needs. It's private, quiet and cozy.
I grew up in the mountains of the North West. I love city living but require easy escape to forests and natural water. My neighborhood provides the perfect mix.
I travel for work and pleasure. I've used VRBO properties in Spain, France and throughout the USA.
I'm an enthusiastic gardener. My entire front and side yard is a garden of plants native to MN.
I enjoy meeting people and exchanging stories about life's adventures. I look forward to sharing all that Minneapolis has to offer with new friends.
My Arts & Crafts home was built in 1906. The rooms are large and cozy. It greets you with a front yard garden and an all season porch.
I can walk, run or bike around Lake of the Isles or I can pull my kayaks to the lake and paddle to Calhoun and Brownie lakes. It's easy to escape to get back to nature.
I walk to the grocery store, drug store, liquor store, hair salon, and my doctor. The only time I use my car is to shuttle my 14 yr old son to his basketball tournaments.
This lovely space is just over a mile from where our daughter's family lives. It was perfect for us! The area was very clean and well organized. It's a unique space with many comfortable features. We did little more than sleep and groom there this time. We intend to return! Lovely space and beautiful neighborhood. We want to explore more next time!
My family and I had a brief visit to the Twin Cities this summer, and this VRBO was a great place for us to stay. The space is very nice--the attic level of a lovely, spacious older home. There is no separate entrance to the VRBO space; you walk through and up the levels of the house to your space. While we did not meet the owner herself (she was out-of-town on business), her roommate checked us in and was absolutely lovely; she ensured that we had what we needed during our stay. The suite itself has plenty of room--we are a family of five and were not crowded at all. The bedroom has a queen bed, with plenty of extra room to lay down the two extra twin mattresses that are provided, if needed. And we still had room on the floor for the small air mattress we brought with for child #3 (our 3.5 year-old). The sitting room/kitchen space was also nice, and all we needed (we only had simple breakfasts there in the morning; other meals we had elsewhere with friends we were visiting). There is a small kitchenette (small sink, 2 burner-stove, small fridge), table w/chairs, and a sofa. The bathroom is huge, with a full tub (and shower). Everything was clean and great! I would absolutely stay there again. :)
This was my first time using Homeaway but it went really well. The location was great. Great jogging area with the lakes nearby and good restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was nice as well.
great spot in twin cities. Very close to everything lakes, lively up towns joints, shops. Just steps away from lake of isles. Host was super friendly and helpful as Delta lost our luggage right at the begging of vacations. Everything was like in the description in VRBo. Highly recommended
We came to town to celebrate a graduation and a birthday. This vrbo was perfect. Twilla, Adele, and Lucky made us feel like family. We were graciously allowed to have a cookout with all of our family, not just those of us staying there. Grill and campfire were just the thing for an evening of family time. The grocery was a quick walk (1 1/2 blocks away) and beautiful homes to admire along the way.
Walking distance to the natural scenic beauty of Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun as well as shops and restaurants. Easy access to the Walker, Institute of Art, Design Center, State Theater, Orpheum, Pantages, Guthrie and Children's Theater. Steps from mass transit to downtown, Target Center/Field, and Vikings Stadium. Less than a mile access to 35W, 94 and 394. Fantastic location!
