This spacious 3-bedroom condo, with an oversized deck facing Deer Valley’s Bald Mountain can be the perfect setting for your “best ever” winter vacation. Our view will amaze you. In it, you will be just 3-minute drive from the Deer Valley’s gondola and base facility.

Our low overhead and value based pricing make it possible for you to rent this five-star property for less.

Built in 2013, this richly appointed condo is furnished for your relaxation and comfort. Its architectural appointments include: dramatic vaulted ceilings, alder hardwood doors, cabinets and base. The living room has a mountain retreat feeling with large area rug, leather furnishings, dramatic art and our decorator’s tasteful appointments throughout.

Your Viking equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook like a gourmet. The kitchen features a pantry, service-island with 3 barstools, all granite countertops and abundant hardwood cabinetry. The dining area features a hand-made wooden table, leather chairs, a wooden bench, providing comfortable seating for 8 people.

The condo’s custom features include hard wood floors, carpeted bedrooms, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, tumbled marble baths, a natural stone fireplace, and the latest in advanced electronics. Everything is new and spotlessly clean.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are well separated for your privacy. We provide premium bedding, linens and towels. The master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, 2 night stands, flat screen TV chair, walk-in closet, and outside door to the deck.

The second guest bedroom is appointed with a handmade 3-piece, queen bedroom set, new mattress, aspen artwork, two large windows, and custom closet.

The third bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and features a massive, natural log Twin over a Full bunk bed that sleeps 3 people in comfort. This bedroom also has a large dresser, child’s ski coat rack a large custom closet and two windows.

The bathrooms are finished with tumbled marble floors and walls, natural granite countertops, framed mirrors, oiled bronze hardware and shower/ baths, both with glass door enclosures. We provide soaps, paper products, hair dryers and the other necessities for you.

The living room’s entertainment system includes a 55” LED, 3-D Smart TV, DVD player and sound bar, surround sound system. We have Direct TV. You can access your NETFLIX, U Tube, Facebook and other Internet based entertainment through the TV. There is a secure, hi-speed Internet network for your use.

In the condo there is washer and dryer for your use. Detergent and cleaning products are provided.

For entertainment DVDs, books, games, puzzles, local tourist information and dining guides.

Our condo is professionally managed and maintained for your enjoyment. If you have a problem, you can get immediate help through our locally-based property management company. The property includes security doors and convenient underground parking for 2+ cars

Great Condo Away from Crowds

Exactly what we were looking for in Park City, Deer Valley area. Extremely well appointed home, comfortable and spotless. To drive to Deer Valley in the AM was at most 20 mins at the peak of ski traffic and usually less.

Would definitely consider renting again, probably can not beat the quality or the value for that region!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Spacious, immaculate, and very convenient to the Jordanelle gondola at Deer Valley. Our family of five (three children) had plenty of room and we will definitely be back. Bruce, the property owner, was so helpful and friendly. I recommend this place highly.

Inside is great - very relaxing place for the family. For logistics, easy to get into Park City and the Deer Valley gondola is perfect (no lines and easy parking).

Bruce & Gail have a lovely home and were incredibly easy to work with. We were most impressed with the layout of the home, the beautiful furnishings and the overall quality of the amenities. Absolutely first class! Underground garage parking and 5 minutes to the Gondola can't be beat. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Top notch property and location.

Our family has come out from Chicago to Deer Valley for Spring Skiing for many years. We usually stay mid mountain but found it to get crowded and over priced. We looked at this property and wanted to give it a try, and be close to the Jordenelle gondolas. What a pleasant surprise. No hassle to the mountain. No long lines. Easy access and less than 15 minutes from the condo to mountain top and a run down Fairview.

The condo itself was fantastic. Large and clean. Fully stocked with all our family needs. The owners couldn't be nicer or easier to deal with.

Our next trip to Deer Valley for skiing is likely to be a stay here!

Great Ski week

My family of 5 used the condo for a week of skiing at Deer Valley. Plenty of room and all the amenities you could need for a home away from home. We ate most meals in and it had everything including a nice gas grill to cook steaks and chops. Bruce even found a sled for our non-skiing 5 year old to use. Also Bruce provide great guidance on where to shop, eat, and buy groceries. Great host and great price as compared to other options.
