Enjoy your holiday in a quiet and well-kept complex with this pool at the sea. Sun, sea and fresh, aromatic air await you at the southern Costa Blanca.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, bath and two bedrooms and and bed linen and towels are provided. In the living room can be found satellite-TV and stereo.

You can have a breakfast wide sea view. In additional oversize Sun terrace over the entire apartment inviting you for sunbathing, grilling and celebrating.

Large Pool and the sea is nearby the door. It is a 2-minute walk to the wonderful, small sandy beach with its fresh water springs. The apartment is conveniently located within a a few minute walk from a selection of bars & restaurants at the marina and long sandy beaches with dunes. Anytime will support you our english speaking local house administrator.

Shops, restoraurants, bars: Shops and restaurants is conveniently located withing a few minutes walk. More restaurants, bars, cafes near the beach can be reached short distance. A cheap house-owned rental car is available on request. Parking in front of the plant is free of charge.

Beach & country and Sports: Numerous sandy beaches for every taste and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. A small family beach is 120m. Las Fuentas also has an extremely scenic port where the nightlife starts and finishes. Wide sandy beaches, open and surrounded by pine trees and small surface between cliffs alternate with rocky lagoons fishing and hiking. Friends of tennis, golf and water sports are welcome. Sailors from nearby are expected marinas. The domestic market with bizarre mountain scenery.

Costa Blanca - The health coast in Europe : The special climate and the high salt content of the air make the local coast as a recognized 'Healthy coast of Europe'. In 1800 meters from the apartment located the largest salt Sea of Europe with the salinity of the dead sea. To walk in the surrounding nature is a special adventure for people with health problems like skin, articulation, asthma and rheumatism. They are cured quickly and recover.

Kanonställe!

Trevligt och rymligt "radhus". Poolen direkt utanför dörren, en liten strand ca 100 m bort och en kort promenad till La Matastranden. Mysig takterrass med grill. Trevlig och noggrann värd. Upplägg och planering fungerade perfekt. Kan verkligen rekommendera.

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Urbanisation in Meernähe

Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Wasser. Die Einrichtung ist schon älter. Die Betten leider auch. Die Gartenstühle und Auflagen sollten ausgewechselt werden. Es stehen Handtücher in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung. Sie sind leider schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Haus ist von der Aufteilung gut angelegt und war sauber. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön gelegen und der Pool auch.

Cala de Moro / Fantastiskt!

Vi har bara positivt att säga om våra 2 veckor Juli 2016 i lägenhet (radhus) 74. Allt motsvarade våra förväntningar.

Ett välutrustat kök, vardagsrum med AC, helt ok sängar i sovrummen, toaletter och dusch alldeles utmärkta och en fantastisk takterrass med underbar utsikt där vi tillbringade många kvällar. Denna takterrass är också utrustad med en grill som blev flitigt använd utav oss.

Det finns en liten butik några 100 meter bort som sålde nybakat frukostbröd, till större supermarket (Mercadona) var det lite längre cirka 20-25 minuters promenad i uppförsbacke. Till vår stora glädje fanns det en trolley i lägenheten (så kallad dra-maten) så vi slapp i alla fall bära hem varorna.

Allt fungerade perfekt, vi anlände till Alicante med tåg och hade beställt hämtning via Mr. Elfert (45€) och mycket riktigt där stod en dam med en skylt med vårt namn på när vi anlände. Lägenheten var också väldigt ren och välstädad vid ankomst. Mr. Elfert svarar snabbt på mail och finns också tillgänglig på telefon.

Vi är väldigt nöjda och kan rekommendera Cala de Moro nr 74 varmt

Cala de Moro/Torrevieja - apt.74

The apartment nr 74 is in fact a small house. The roof-terrace offers a splendid sea-view. The house is located in a condominium in a quiet street nearby the sea. It seems that the owner has 2 flats, nr 64 and nr 74. When booking it is not offered to make a choice for one of them. So we thought, according to the published photos, to stay in 64 but we stayed in 74. So when booking ask for nr 64 which is at seafront level on the 1st floor or nr 74 which is more inside the condominium.

Nr 74 is not suited for disabled people as there are 5 staircases , each of 8/9 steps to reach each room.

It is well equipped and clean, really everything you need to cook is present. The friendly caretaker brought a WiFi-router(10 €). The flat TV-set with satelite offers many TV and radio stations.

A very good restaurant in the neighbourhood is "Donde Rodrigo" at Calle Lebeche.

We have spent a nice holiday in this quite apartment/house and the owner and his caretaker gave us a splendid service, before , during and after our stay.

We would definitely recommend.
