Apartment includes a garage with elevator to the main level. All doors, bathroom fixtures and amenities are 100% handicapped-accessible.
Amenities include free broadband wifi, comcast cable, and m-cell connectivity (improves AT+T cell phone use).
The apartment is located 1/10 mile from the South Woodstock Country Store and the Kedron Valley Inn, which features an acclaimed fine dining restaurant and a lovely swimming pond. It is an 7-minute drive to Woodstock village, a highly sought-after tourist destination known for its charm, beauty, historic preservation, fine restaurants, shops, and diverse attractions.

We sought a property that would specifically be different from other offerings locally. The quintessential Vermont farmhouse is easy to find and may compromise some of the needs of some travelers. This property was built from the frame of an 1890 building in a quiet and very charming hamlet - and modernized in 2013.
Lots of light, with serene and minimalist rooms surrounded by nature. Modern amenities. 100% ADA Compliant handicapped-accessible wheelchair lodging and transportation access. Parking for 5+ cars. 1-minute walk to a country store, fine dining and amazing swimming.
Took a little family get away and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, plenty of room, location was great and the views were fantastic. The management team made our stay even better. Very accommodating.... Highly recommend this location for any occasion.
We had a fantastic stay over New Years. The apartment was clean, modern, and well furnished. There was plenty of sleeping space for 5 people. Bob was a very responsive host who ensured that we were satisfied with our accommodations throughout our stay. We skied at Killington, which is only around 20 minutes away and was very easy to get to. Downtown Woodstock is also just a few minutes away by car and offers a wide array of shops, restaurants, and bars. I would highly recommend this property to anyone heading up to Vermont!
We had a great stay in Woodstock recently. The apartment was great, very modern with a great bed. The owner Bob was very friendly and very helpful with some great local recommendations. It was a ten minute drive from the main part of Woodstock but had a great local market shop which served a delicious breakfast. We would love to return to Woodstock, such a beautiful place, and would not hesitate to stay here again.
We had a fantastic time at this South Woodstock location! Bob was tremendously helpful, the amenities were all there, the place was impeccably clean while maintaining a cozy vibe - everything was superb! Loved the babbling brook, walking to the general store (amazing breakfast sandwich and awesome micro-brew selection), swimming at the local pond, and venturing into Woodstock for shopping and a great hike to a Woodstock overlook. The house offered great space for our company meetings (11 folks!) and the sleeping quarters were comfortable and quiet, even when others insisted on staying up late :)

My wife and I spent a beautiful Vermont fall week in this well appointed condo. The unit sits on a pretty little brook that you can enjoy from the two spacious decks overlooking the woods, and the sounds of the brook add to the relaxing feeling both outside and in. The open floor plan combined with expansive windows made for a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen was easy to use and convenient for our needs. You are walking distance to the South Woodstock general store where they serve great sandwiches that you can pack off for hiking. You are also walking distance to the Kedron Valley Inn where you can have a wonderful lunch or dinner in the historic dining room. Bob is very easy and accommodating to work with. We plan to come back again to enjoy another relaxing week in South Woodstock.
