This second floor unit has been completely updated with tile and wood floors throughout(very practical in a beach community). The galley kitchen features newer stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and full sized pantry. The bathrooms have been remodeled with river rock tile and a large walk in shower in the master bath and a jacuzzi tub in the 2nd bath. Large living area with sectional couch and flat screen tv. Formal dining area with seating for 6. Large master bedroom with king sized bed and flat screen tv. 2nd and 3rd bedroom are decent in size and have a queen and full sized bed respectively. The back side of the living room leads to a screened porch which is separated by sliding glass doors. This condo includes washer and dryer, cable tv, phone and internet.
I'm a full time real estate broker(20years) who has sold several units in this community over the last few years. I was born in New Jersey but have lived in the Tampa Bay area most of my life. Yeah......I'm pretty much a Floridian.

Having sold many properties in the area as well as having many friends in the community, my girlfriend and I decided to buy here to spend more time with our friends(when we're not renting it of course) as well as utilizing the many ammenities.
This unit faces the passive park on the back side of the complex. Your literally steps away from the racquetball
and tennis courts,the gate for the passive park(key provided) and the 2nd swimming pool. And about 2 blocks from the private beach, front swimming pool, jacuzzi and clubhouse.
We’ve stayed in the community two years in a row while on orders at MacDill AFB and we’ll be back again (20-30 minute drive). This condo is bright, clean and has everything you’ll need to be right at home. It's a 10 minute drive to beaches on the Gulf. We stayed with our sons (10 & 8), brought their bikes and had plenty of room to store them in their bedrooms. We spend a lot of time at the pool and beach (on Boca Ciega Bay) and are on the nature trail that edges up to the property every day. We’ve seen dolphin, birds, gators and lots more (the jury is out on whether we actually saw a manatee or not.) Ed is great, very responsive. We would recommend this condo and this community to friends.
We enjoyed our week in this lovely 3 bedroom condo. Everything was meticulously clean and updated. Our kids loved the pools, beach and playground. Extremely pleased to receive our deposit within a week of our return!
The condo was great. Very clean, light, and open. Property had access to amazing trail, perfect for bird watching and accessing nature in the middle of town. Property amenities including hot tub, pools, beach access, and racquetball provided a nice blend of relaxation and activity. Add a fitness center and this place would have everything. Property owner, Ed was extremely accessible and quickly responded to questions that arose. We would definitely consider a return visit.
Went for a girls vacation and had a great time. The pool and hot tub on the beach provided some great relaxation; everyone was friendly and we even saw a roseate spoonbill! Ed was very helpful in all ways and the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, net flix and pandora provided entertainment and the screened porch was a great place for morning coffee. A wonderful place that I would return to.
This was a very special, private, and secluded location with all the comforts of home. And that is exactly the way we felt, while we were there, right at home. The property was very neat and clean. It also featured an enclosed screened in porch that kept away the gnats and noted mosquitoes. The photo of the place described the property to a tee, along with the pool, tennis courts, Jacuzzi and clubhouse and the unit. Ed the owner, is an outstanding warm and helpful individual. Also these are some of the more famous breakfast restaurants nearby, I-hop, and world renown Skyway jacks,among others. I have already recommended the property to St. Pete., ex-classmates along with my friends a neighbors here in Oakland Ca. that have already inquired.
Heard about this location from some friends who stayed at Bermuda Bay last year. I needed some extra room for some guests I had arriving and found this 3 bedroom. Pretty much everything they said was true. The private beach with spectacular sunsets coupled with a host of very friendly and welcoming residents was better than expected. Having a heated pool and hot tub right on the beach was great and was taken advantage of by myself and friends. The condo itself was quiet, spacious and looked like it was just remodeled. It was very well appointed with a large HD TV in the living room and a smaller one my bedroom, with all the other amenities you'd expect. The washer and dryer came in handy as well saving trips to the laundry rooms located on the property. The property manager Ed was very accommodating and helpful in where to dine, where to go for nightlife, which there is an abundance of in downtown St. Pete and on the beaches, and things in general. As an added plus, I was fortunate enough to be able to borrow two Kayaks from a new friend at "The Bay" and had a chance to explore the mangroves and waterways just off the private beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back to this piece of paradise. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and location to anyone. It is paradise found!
The community were your rental is located has 2 swimming pools, racquetball, tennis courts, Jacuzzi, clubhouse, playground, picnic tables and a private beach on the intercoastal waterway. Your rental is also adjacent to a passive park that has a gate for entry.....key provided. In addition, thriving downtown St Petersburg is just 10-12 minutes away with museum's such as the Salvador Dali and the Florida International Museum, to name a few. As well as many restaurants, movies, stage and theater, and of course a vibrant nightlife all located on the Tampa Bay waterfront!
