Our home features 20 foot ceilings, a cozy reading nook, comfortable living room with fireplace and 3 levels of living--making it the perfect destination for your family ski trip!

Need to get some work done? Well, hopefully not, but if so we have you covered with wireless internet and a dedicated workspace.

Skiing or snowboarding? Keep everything in its place with your very own ski locker. And after a well-earned adventure, the washer & dryer are there to refresh the day.

Regardless what you have planned, you truly have to experience our place to understand the amount of memories you'll build here.

When you stay at our place, you'll have access to the tennis and pool area (seasonal) as well as the hot tub and sauna area (year-round), which are located only steps from the front door. You are also walking distance to Cabriolet Chairlift and the Waldorf Gondola, which will whisk you away to Canyons Village and over 4,000 acres of skiable (and rideable) terrain blanketed in an average of 355 inches of snow each winter! The Cabriolet lift will not only whisk you away, but it will also take you back down after a long day of skiing and riding.

We will help you every step of your stay and are dedicated to making your vacation everything you hoped for and more! We are always available via phone, text or email.

A little about Park City & The Canyons:

The largest ski resort in Utah, Canyons Resort is also the most centralized resort in Park City. It's about a mile down the road from the Utah Olympic Park and Kimball Junction, which has a Whole Foods, Smith's grocery store, Bed Bath & Beyond, movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants, Walmart, the Tanger Outlets and more.

Less than 5 miles in the other direction is Park City Ski Resort and the famous allure of Main Street in Old Town (where Sundance Film Festival comes to town each year).

About 5 miles further in the same direction is Deer Valley Ski Resort. SKI magazine's reader resort survey ranked Deer Valley first overall for five consecutive years between 2007 and 2011 and is is consistently ranked among the top ski resorts in North America.

Park City's free bus system, fueled by biodeisel, will take you wherever you want to go in town like Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, North of Main, Quarrey Village, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Resort, or the Utah Olympic Park for a day of fun-filled activities, shopping and great food. During the winter season the buses run from 6:10 a.m. until 2:10 a.m. daily.

**You will be required to sign and send back a rental agreement before key pick-up information can be given out.

** Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am (We do everything in our power to allow for early check-ins and late checkouts, but it is not always possible.)

** While we do have 2 powerful fans and there is a wonderful cross breeze when the windows are open, we do not have air conditioning in our condo. We are working to add that to our list of amenities, but want to give full disclosure for those renting in the warmer summer months.

** Pack'n Play and Air Mattress available on site - please request when booking.

Why Aaron Lyles chose Park City area

I first came to Park City on a high school ski trip. That trip had a profound influence on me and was the reason I later moved to Utah for a short ski-bum stint. But after experiencing this incredible place as local, I knew that I would one live here on a permanent basis. It wasn't until recently, that my wife and I made the decision to finally buy our own piece of Park City and call it home. And now, we are honored to share it with you so you too can build memories here.

What makes this condo unique

With 20+ foot ceilings, stainless steel kitchen, fireplace, ski & snowboard locker, step-up reading nook and bedroom loft with study, you'll have no problem partaking in what will surely be the vacation of a lifetime.

The kitchen features everything you need to whip up a tasty meal or drink of the century. The open floor plan allows you and your guests a unique intimate setting, while the 3 levels of living also give you the privacy you deserve.

When you book, you'll have access to a gated pool area which features a year-round hot tub and sauna (sorry, pool is seasonal) and you are a very very short walk away from the Cabriolet chairlift.

We ask that all guests tell us a little bit about themselves and the people in their party as it's important to us that we rent to people who will love and care for our place as much as we do and... it helps to get to know you better!

Here are our top ten house rules:

1. Take advantage of the ski & snowboard closet – please do not bring skis and snowboards into the rest of the house

2. Please take ski & snowboard boots off before going up or downstairs (includes all dirty shoes!)

3. Kindly take garbage out to the dumpster (located in the Ambush Parking lot) as needed

4. Please shut fireplace off when not in use

5. We have a strict 8-person max limit for numerous reasons – any violation of this (or evidence of excessive partying) will forfeit your security deposit and/or institute a damage fee

6. No smoking or pets – The smell of smoke, evidence of smoking and/or pets will forfeit your security deposit and/or institute a damage fee

7. Place dirty towels on bathroom floor before departure

8. Put used sheets at the foot of the bed before departure – no need to make the beds

9. Place ALL dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher before departure – no need to wash them

10. Last, but never least… please treat our home as if it were your own and leave it in the same lovely condition you found it.

**And please be sure to let us know about any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items so that we can tend to these issues immediately.
