NOTE: Special - Nothing fancy; just comfortable, quiet & clean. Beautiful view of Mangrove Forest across the 200 foot Spreader Canal - enjoy the variety of passing watercraft leading up to sensational evening sunsets. The unit has a screened in Lanai, fully equipped Kitchen and Dining room. Both the Master Bedroom and Living room have a view of the 15 X 30 foot pool, Spreader Canal and Mangrove Forest. Master bedroom has a king bed and 29 inch TV. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a private bath with tub and shower. The 39 inch Living room TV has limited dish channels - Free Internet. Dinette/Game room is supplied with table and chairs, monopoly, puzzles, backgammon and cards. Your parking space is directly outside our 4 unit condo building and the free laundry room is equipped with 2 washers & dryers. Come relax with us.

Everything was well cared for, idyllic location on the canal on the edge of the city limits, personable hosts who make a point to treat you as friends. We would definitely return at some future time. The Rumrunner and Boat House Tiki Bar were close attractions.

Immaculate Condo in Perfect Quiet Location

We spent a week at this perfectly located, spacious, well stocked, nicely decorated condo with a beautiful canal and swimming pool view in a quiet neighborhood.

As a nurse my number one criteria of being spotlessly clean was met. It was immaculate. The condo being on one level was an extra bonus with my oxygen dependency.

This condo is one of only 4 units located in a quiet residential neighborhood which added to its serenity. It was well equipped and spacious. Two bedrooms with two baths could easily accommodate 4 with enough living space to also give everyone room they need to space out. Our bed was incredibly comfortable. Not too hard, not to soft, just right. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Also with all the comforts of home and a local Grocery Store we often ate at home (because it felt homey). Access to a washer allowed us to succeed in packing light.

Location was close to all we wanted to visit. There was a lot of information about Cape Coral at the condo. Some of our favorites were hitting the local farmers and checking out the many local restaurants with fresh seafood. Exploring Pine Island and visits to North Fort Myers, Fort Myers and Marco Island were amazing. Meeting up with friends we didn’t even know were there made the location perfect.

The owners, Jim and Ellie went above and beyond. They were excellent in communicating about the condo and the area as well as helping with my oxygen delivery, which arrived before us. It was fun to spend time with them by the pool for an occasional happy hour.

The only bad news was we could only spend a week of total relaxation there.

Wonderful! relaxing! friendly! clean!

My husband and I spent 8 days at this fantastic condo. From our initial contact with Jim and Ellie, until the day we had to head back home, we felt very lucky that we chose this place. They were very helpful in telling us the turn by turn directions from the airport and other recommendations for places to go on Cape Coral. When we arrived at the condo, Jim and Ellie were waiting to welcome us. The condo was just what we wanted. The parking spot was just outside the front door and inside was perfect Florida living-tile floors, ceiling fans, and plenty of light! The living room and master bedroom doors opened to the screened patio, so it felt like indoor-outdoor living. Our patio opened to the pool, which overlooked the Canal. It was so relaxing to sit by the pool and watch the boats, kayaks, and crew teams coast by. The sunsets were amazing! The western facing patio and pool deck were perfect for sunbathing! And since the condo was located across the Canal from a natural preserve, it was so quiet and peaceful. We used the grill on the patio several times. Cape Coral was very easy to get around and Jim let us borrow beach chairs when we spent time at the Cape Coral Yacht Club beach. It was VERY convenient having a washer and dryer available. The owners put a lot of time and care into this condo and the landscaping. Jim and Ellie and Dave (the upstairs condo owner) made us feel like family and it was one of THE best vacations we've ever had!! Can't wait to go back!

Quiet - Pristine Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this pristine unit by the water, across from a Mangrove wild life preserve. Palm trees, water birds and fish jumping - what more could you want in this quiet haven.

Hated to leave - looking forward to staying again.
