Linens, towels, various supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. are offered for your convenience. There is a two car tandem parking garage which will fit two economy/compact cars.

We live just a few minutes from the property with our two young boys. We love the beach and the bay and all of the activities San Diego has to offer! We are happy to provide lots of suggestions on restaurants, nightlife, daytime activities, etc. while you are in town!

We love this beach home and wish we could live there ourselves year round! The proximity to both the beach and bay are unparalleled, you can feel the ocean breeze from the 3rd floor master bedroom balcony or enjoy bay views from the living room. We love walkable areas and in this location you have everything you need in walking distance.
We had such an amazing trip. Three families stayed at the house together and we were each able to have our own room and bathroom. The location was perfect for our group. The beach and bay were both so close that at naptime the moms were able to walk back and give the babies naps while the dads stayed at the beach with the older kids. There were grocery stores, restaurants, and beach rentals within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation would be a baby gate for the stairs.
We had 4 families stay in this house and it was perfect! The Pros: Location location location, size/layout, and house cleanliness. The Cons: the garage is narrow and parking can be tricky. For the pros: the location is perfect to everything: ocean, bay, paddleboard rental, restaurants, etc...Once there we never had to drive anywhere. The size/layout is perfect for multi-families. There were 4 full baths and the layout was such that everyone had privacy. We also had kids (3-8) and had no issues. The house was updated and modern, clean and everything worked very well. We were worried at first that there wouldn't be much "public" spaces, but it wasn't an issue at all and we had 8 adults and 4 kids. The only cons were due to parking, however we knew beforehand that the garage was small. We had just assumed it was short and length-wise wouldn't fit 2 cars. The width ended up being more of an issue. It was pretty narrow. Being that we went in Oct, street parking wasn't terrible...but I could see this being a real issue in the summer time. My suggestion, if possible, would be to go without a car. It's totally not necessary if you're planning a beach trip and the uber ride from the airport is fairly cheap. We will definitely stay again. This property is very clean, nicely updated and very spacious. We had two families both with children (8-12) and the layout with two living rooms was perfect. Allowed for the kids to have their own space or for the families to have some time alone. The location between the bay and the ocean worked very well and felt like we had two very different vacation spots on the same trip. Also very close to restaurants and walking distance to the grocery store. Great spot!
My family of 10 rents a beach house every year in Southern California and this was by far our favorite. The condo's layout is very comfortable and worked out well for multi family living. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Its unique location, right between the ocean and the bay is amazing. The beach gives you the waves and the bay gives you a calm place to do water sports. The boardwalk allows you the option of jogging, biking or just walking around people watching. Restaurants, boutiques and rental shops are within walking distance. The only negatives were the parking and the outdoor space. The garage is very narrow, we could only get one of our cars into it but that left a lot of room for sanding beach stuff to be stored. Street parking, right out front, is very easy if you get there before 10:00 and move for street sweeping. The outdoor space has a BBQ and a picnic bench but is not conducive for lounging. My family has never done the same place twice but we are seriously considering doing this place again.
18 friends and I rented this 5 bedroom property and the adjacent 4 bedroom property for Memorial Day weekend. Even with a group this size, everyone was very comfortable, and I honestly think we could not have found a better place. It was very clean, cool, and spacious. Also, the rentals are located right next to everything you could ever want in a great Memorial Day weekend: beach, food, bars, and downtown is a quick uber away. The property manager, Liz, was very nice, was always quick to respond to my questions, and she made the rental process a breeze. This place is perfect.
Our son is in the Navy so an extended family vacation to spend time with him, this was an ideal place. We had family from Florida and Arizona join us for the week. Including our 23 month old grandson we had 13 people, plenty of room for everyone and never felt cramped. It was great having bedrooms on different floors and different areas of the house as we had people coming and going at many different times of the day. It's very easy to get to the Bay or the Pacific. There are plenty of activities to entertain a wide range ages or interests. Liz and Kelly were great to work with and responded quickly to any needs we had. The only con we had and it's minor is the apartment sized washer and dryer. Our grandson had a few accidents wetting the bed and washing/drying the sheets took a long time; we didn't notice the laundromat just down the block until the next to last day or we would have used that. We would definitely stay again!
This home is conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach. Just one block to the beach and bay. It’s in walking distance to many convenience stores, bars, restaurants. The Santa Clara and Aquatic Recreation Center is only a short walk away. 15 minutes from San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, 5 minutes from Sea World.
